Summary:

As a Marketing Website Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and developing comprehensive website solutions that align with our marketing needs and contribute to the overall success of a given marketing portfolio.   • Oversee Solution Implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to enterprise architectural principles and quality standards

  • 7+ years of experience in Websites or e-commerce architecture with hands-on experience

  • 10+ years of industry experience providing technical solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services using frontend & backend technology stack, SEO and Azure cloud services offering

  • Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS , Magento E-commerce, .NET core, .Net frameworks, SQL server, MongoDB, C#, Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, Dockers, CDN, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture

  • Expert knowledge of ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery, Python, Google Analytics, Azure artificial intelligence platforms and Mobile application development (Xamerin, ReactNative and iOS Native)

  • Knowledge of Social Media, GCP cloud offerings, Test-driven development DevOps, and CI/CD

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Electrical Engineer III - GAF

Summary

The Field Technology Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, production, installation, and commissioning of electrical and process control systems in support of GAF's innovative manufacturing processes. The Electrical Engineer will report directly to the Field Technology Manager and will lead various projects at our manufacturing facilities throughout the country.

Essential Duties

  • Lead assigned projects and participate in cross functional corporate project teams.

  • Design process control panels and automation systems including the specification and selection of enclosures, disconnecting means, circuit breakers, fuses, transformers and power supplies, PLCs and I/O modules, motor starters and VFDs, servo drives and motors, E-stop circuits, and other components as necessary.

  • Perform load calculations to define the appropriate size/capacity of components and wiring.

  • Develop preliminary scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules for assigned projects.

  • Create layout drawings, panel schedules, single-line diagrams, and bills of materials.

  • Interpret and update existing -as-built- designs based on field verification.

  • Provide hands-on support for control system fabrication, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and field installation/commissioning for all assigned projects.

Team or Function Overview

The Field Services team supports and partners with internal and external stakeholders to provide best in class installation and services of our commercial and residential roofing products. This team supports the entire GAF product line for commercial and residential with additional support for Siplast, GAF Energy and other Standard Industries businesses as needed. This position reports to the Area Director Field Services or Regional Manager Field Services as applicable.

Summary

The Field Services Representative performs the day to day services within their assigned area/region. Responsibilities in this position include performing and completing roof inspections, performing specialized tasks to resolve problems, and providing weekly activity reports within the region. He/she is responsible for prioritizing, scheduling and performing warranty, guarantee and complaint inspections within the area of assigned responsibility without direct supervision. The Field Service Representative will obtain a drone certification within the first 6 months.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Completes roof Inspections including leak and complaint inspections

  • Travels to neighboring areas to complete roof inspections

  • Prioritizes open inspection requests to formulate a productive schedule

  • Completes Commercial and Residential Roof inspections including: start ups, interims and finals

The TPO Machine Technician earns $27.36 per hour and is responsible for producing high quality commercial roofing products at the Cedar City Plant through accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all manufacturing processes. Essential Duties

. Practice incident and accident prevention and demonstrates safe behavior in all activities

. Troubleshoot work related issues while communicating with maintenance and shift leads

. Consistently monitor quality by checking production line performance, product specifications and production plans

. Perform minor maintenance duties and housekeeping throughout the shift

. Monitor finished product and reports any defects per plant specifications

. Prepare for shutdowns and product changes by completing shutdown/inventory check sheets

. Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following LTV (Lock, Tag, Verify) procedures

. Packages and transports finished product to the warehouse

. Perform other duties as instructed by the Lead Technician and plant management team

. Maintain a positive working relationship with all plant employees and other business contacts

Schedule

Our Cedar City team leaders will always do the best we can to confirm and communicate work schedules in advance if business conditions change.

Summary

The Maintenance Electrician will earn $42.39 per hour and is responsible for safely completing a wide range of tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Manager and must be proficient in mechanical, electrical and facility maintenance in a manufacturing setting. Responsible for

assigned preventative maintenance work orders and repairs to electrical systems and mechanical equipment in the plant. Requirements will include skills such as fabricating, welding, machining, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

The Maintenance Electrician supports the production of high quality commercial roofing products, with a sense of urgency and accountability for equipment uptime. This employee thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities and is able to make recommendations to improve the overall performance of plant equipment. The Maintenance Electrician will interact and communicate effectively with all GAF employees with a positive, customer focused attitude. GAF Cedar City has high employee retention and developing strong relationships with production operators and other staff is critical.

Essential Duties

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ensures compliance with all plant EHS standards and procedures

Responsible for working safely and reporting all incidents

Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial equipment, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision

Complete assigned preventative maintenance work orders on facilities, electrical systems, mechanical systems, equipment, and components

Install and/or replace new or reconditioned parts as needed

Work safely and assume responsibility for safety of self and others

Follow all safety rules and policies including LOTO, maintenance work permits, PPE, JSAs and JSOs

Ensure that excellent housekeeping is maintained and enhanced during the performance of all tasks

Dismantle and make necessary repairs to such equipment as pumps, motors, chains, sprockets, bearing couple alignment, and other components

Able to follow and understand mechanical sketches, drawing and prints; able to locate and understand information contained in equipment manuals

Diagnose actual and potential problems, make necessary repairs, and test new and repaired machinery

Support engineering projects as directed, including those with corporate and local contractor services

Use the appropriate test instruments to diagnose and locate equipment malfunctions

Tests and puts into service all electrical equipment that has been repaired, moved or recently installed

Wire and maintain all buildings and structures including lighting and fixtures

Troubleshoots all primary (up to 480v) and secondary electrical systems and control circuits

Keep storeroom organized and maintain inventory counts per established procedures; assist with inventory audits as needed

Inform Maintenance Manager of progress and concerns related to job assignments, plant condition, equipment status, and safety conditions

Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records in Maximo while completing all required written and electronic documentation including work orders and labor hours

Prepares for shift start up by reviewing shift notes, outgoing employee observations, e-mails, and other department data

When not engaged in regular duties, perform other work as assigned

Schedule

Our Cedar City team leaders will always do the best we can to confirm and communicate work schedules in advance. Since our plant currently runs 24/7, holidays and weekends will be required per assigned schedules. Maintenance team members will work a varied schedule, including rotating days and nights.
