Overview
To implement and facilitate training programs for the BSA/AML & OFAC Compliance department. Collaborate with the Instructional Designers and test the development of learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules. Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness and recommend program modifications. Model BSA/AML & OFAC investigations and coach new analysts in investigations. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Function as subject matter expert or lead on projects regarding business functions, systems, policies and/or procedures. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management. Work independently under general supervision. Lead large-scale or cross-departmental projects.

Facilitate and train multiple, diverse courses on BSA/AML & OFAC Investigations for large/small groups including other trainers
Facilitate classroom interactions to ensure optimum engagement levels from participants

Manage preparation of training materials, resources and course content from conception through production stages - Advanced

Qualifications
Significant experience in BSA/AML & OFAC Compliance investigations (SARs, CTRs, CDD/EDD, Sanctions Screening)

Responsibilities
Evaluate employee inquiries and problems to determine best course of action; provide advice and guidance

Resolve issues involving discipline, performance, employee concerns, attendance, personnel actions, and employment policies/procedures and laws (e.g., EEO, AAP, FMLA, ADEA, ADA)
Apply knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of human resource management; research and evaluate employment practices and make recommendations
Analyze exit survey, turnover and other employee data to produce metrics outlining the current state and provide recommendations to internal customers

Responsibilities
Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze information, requirements, data, work quality, work methods, processes, service specific practices, standards and metrics/statistics
Uses elicitation techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all the stakeholder's needs
Analyze, define and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output
Identifying business requirements (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input and output)
Develop, recommend and document adjustments to workflow to streamline processes
Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; identify and resolve existing conflicts to ensures compatibility
Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant industry standards, best practices, business processes and technology used within related business areas to ensure compliance with policy, vendor contractual requirements, procedures, processes and standards
Involved in cross-organizational task groups concerning new automated systems, products and/or services
Work with project teams to plan, coordinate and rollout software change/release to Controlled Testing and Production, obtain required approvals as scheduled, and transition project to Production
Interact with other technology partners, business units (end users) in problem resolution efforts
Utilize performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement; develop process improvement plans for each performance indicator or area identified
Partner with other business units and vendors to improve procedures, resolve problems, and implement initiatives; presents conclusions and recommendations to management
Identify and communicate key responsibilities and practices, evaluate results, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful implementation of business unit projects

Report testing activity including time spent, testing time lost and discrepancies found
Apply and communicate changes and new trends in systems/technology
Conduct root cause analysis to identify development opportunities and recommend applicable business solutions
Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals
Proven experience in negotiating and influencing decisions with stakeholders

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders verbally and in writing

Overview
Level I

Overview
To provide guidance to management and employees on performance concerns, conflict resolution, organizational changes, HR policies and procedures, employment/labor laws, EEO, and adverse employment actions to promote a fair and equitable work environment. Assess and address employee engagement, manager education, employee and manager counseling, performance improvement efforts, investigations, policy interpretation and resolution of employee grievances/charges.
Responsibilities
Evaluate employee inquiries and problems to determine best course of action; provide advice and guidance
Conduct thorough and timely workplace investigations and make recommendations on appropriate course of action including formal levels of disciplinary action (e.g., reprimand, suspension, reassignment/reduction or termination) to minimize legal risk

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to assist with the optimization of our organization's processes. The Fraud Investigator is primarily responsible for performing and documenting investigations pursuant to possible fraud and suspicious activity monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of fraud triage, mitigation, investigation and recovery activities on known fraud or unusual activity. Investigate various types of transactions/activities/cases (e.g., ID Theft and Synthetic ID, Check Fraud, Account Takeover fraud) including reported or alleged loss of assets from various business channels
Respond to inquiries using various communication venues to provide explanation for action taken in response to a specific alert or case
Communicate with internal and external customers on fraud and security issues, problem resolution, account information and investigations
Review data gathered to substantiate/disqualify a loss claim or charge off, and escalate as needed
Create detailed reports of investigations to include actions taken and results
Prepare and maintain data for analysis and reference
Detect fraud trends, red flags and recommend preventive measures to business units and management
Collaborate with other business units to gain an understanding of transactions, processes and procedures, their impact on other business units processes and procedures, and identify risk potential for fraudulent activity

Create fraud mitigation strategies by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to leadership. Investigate the card portfolio for anomalies and fraud trends
