Duties and Responsibilities: Under prescribed guidelines and through coordination with Workforce Scheduler and Management, organizes and prepares work schedules for employees through the use of an automated workforce management system. Ensures the appropriate amount of staff is available for each work shift and brings discrepancies to the attention of appropriate personnel.
