Overview
The Truck Driver Light will address customer needs, pick up and deliver parts for city sites, and assist with inventory control.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:- Attention to detail- Meet and greet customers- Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)- Answer questions regarding availability of parts- Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided- Inform customers when requested parts are available- Operate a forklift- Review, familiarize with, and MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.Parts Pick up- Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts- Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)- Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities- Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashionData Entry Requirements- Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system- Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory systemInventory Management Requirements- Assist in physically receiving vendor orders- Assist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts- Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at siteOther Requirements- Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance- Provide 24 hour support at the city location during emergencies- Assist with inventory research projects as requested- Adhere to required procedures- Assist Store Supervisor as assigned- Participate in the SCM continuing training program

Overview
The District Manager is the daily primary point of contact for the VDOT District Supply Program Manager (DSPM) and will be responsible to VDOT for providing customer support throughout the District in accordance with the SLA. The District Manager will coordinate overtime requests made through the DSPM to ensure that all ISSP locations are properly supported during VDOT emergency operations. The District Manager is responsible for hiring qualified candidates, correcting employee deficiencies, enforcing the employee training program, and dismissing underperforming or non-compliant employees. Travel to complete assigned functions will occur both overnight and during weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following;
Work with VDOT District Supply Program Manager (DSPM) and VDOT District Asset and Inventory Manager (DAIM) in administration of contract.
Meet with DSPM and DAIM to assess problems and concerns.
Meet with shop and district personnel to assess problems and concerns.
Work in conjunction with all MANCON locations to assist in parts availability, parts information and request of items thru transfer process.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs, Manager Manual, and Safety Manual.
Research parts procurement utilizing websites, publications, and equipment manuals.
Provide past sales research as requested.
Contact vendors for pricing and placement of orders.
Answer questions regarding availability of parts.
Work with customers to ensure correct items are being procured when necessary.
Answer all messages phone\e-mail in a timely fashion.
Assist in reviewing all requisition forms to ensure they meet P&P requirements.
Monitor and analyze Service Level Reports.
Monitor purchases at all sites for compliance of Product Group Catalog as well as obtaining best pricing.
Provide training as required.
Inventory Management
Review various reports to maintain accuracy and inventory levels at all locations.
Review and submit weekly Cyclic Counts to Contract Support Manager.
Perform Wall to Wall inventories at all locations and assist in other districts if necessary.
Research and perform inventory adjustments.
Review min max levels, stock sources and primary vendor requirements to maintain proper stocking levels.
Meet with customer representatives to discuss future requirements.
Review sales to ensure stocking requirements are being met.
Monitor processing of vendor invoices and invoicing paperwork of customer.
Report Review
Utilizing the NAV system, generate and review various reports as outlined in daily, weekly and monthly guidelines.
Generate and review SLA failures for all locations making stocking suggestions based on min max review.
Produce and submit back up for credit card purchases.
Review weekly manager's report and take appropriate actions.
Ensure timely completion of all items on each supervisor's checklist
Review, correct and submit to DSPM for approval; the monthly reconcile difference report.
Other Duties
Perform monthly site visits using established check list and report to VDOT Project Manager.
Review and submit timesheets to include monitoring VDOT emergency overtime.
Investigate and resolve personnel issues.
Hire and terminate in accordance with MANCON policies.
Provide orientation, employee requirements for VDOT and schedule training.
Assist with delivery and pick ups.
Provide 24 hour support to VDOT.
Investigate product complaints.
Supervise all district employees while monitoring all job description activities.
Assist with project research and provide findings.
Document all levels of discipline; administer discipline in accordance with company guidelines.
Assist VDOT store supervisors as needed.
Disperse all communications between MANCON corporate and district employees as directed.
Participate in the SCM continuing training program

Qualifications
5 years computer experience
5 years auto parts, heavy duty truck parts, warehouse or distribution experience
5 years inventory experience

Overview
The Data Analyst will support MANCON's operations through data analytics projects primarily related to inventory levels, sales, and supply chain operations . These projects may monitor performance, identify trends, measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and forecast demand . The results of these projects will be communicated to internal stakeholders , suppliers, vendors, and customers . The Data Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Management Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Monitor data interchanges to ensure timely transfers of data
Monitor ERP data for data anomalies, investigate its cause, and make recommendations to remedy
Implement data integrity rules and validations
Perform QA on contractually required KPI
Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
Establish and maintain relationships with coworkers, customers, and vendors
Work with software developer s to design , test, and deploy reports , screens , dashboards, data interfaces to support and improve supply chain operations and me e t customer requirements.
Work with software developer s to troubleshoot and resolve database issues to ensure data integrity
Extract, process, validate , and analyze data sets. E xamples include :
Vendor purchases by geographic area
Price analysis for brand of items
Cost savings for a customer or project
Analysis of obsolete inventory

Qualifications
Experience with data analysis tools including Excel and SQL

Overview
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for coordinating the inventory transfer between stores and warehouses. The Warehouse Specialist will pick transfer orders, stage material, receive product, and perform inventory control tasks. The Warehouse Specialist is assisted by the Warehouse Driver.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.
Meet and greet customers
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Operate a forklift
Parts Pick up and Delivery
Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)
Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities
Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion
Transfer material between MANCON locations
Data Entry Requirements
Entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system
Entry of transfer documents in the inventory system
Inventory Management Requirements
Picking and staging of transfers
Receipt of items
Performing weekly inventory cycle counts
Performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site
Other Requirements
Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance
Provide 24 hour support at the VDOT location during emergencies
Assist with inventory research projects as requested
Adhere to required procedures
Participate in the SCM continuing training program
Assist with Store Supervisor duties as assigned
Qualifications
24-hour availability
Valid Driver's License with two years driving experience
Obtain and maintain a forklift license
Preferred Qualifications
Delivery Driver experience
Auto and/or heavy duty truck parts experience
Inventory experience
P1 or P2 ASE certification
Current COVID-19 vaccine
Physical Requirements
Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
