The Store Supervisor ensures the shop meets customer service, inventory management, and paperwork expectations while supervising store personnel.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:- Attention to detail- Meet and greet customers- Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)- Answer questions regarding availability of parts- Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided- If necessary, inspect equipment in the shop to assist in parts research- Research parts for procurement utilizing vendor/manufacturer websites, publications, equipment manuals, microfiche, etc... to ascertain the necessary parts to procure- Answer all messages (phone/email) in a timely fashion- Contact appropriate vendors for pricing and to place orders- Inform customers when requested parts are available- Contact Counter/Driver personnel to perform emergency parts pick ups, as required- Provide past sales research as requested, utilizing the inventory system- Check parts availability at all MANCON locations utilizing the inventory system- Contact other MANCON locations to request transfers of parts or obtain parts information.- Review the Product Group Catalog as required to ensure requested items are approved for purchase- Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs, Supervisor Manual, and Safety ManualProduce and review required reports- Ensure timely completion of all items on the supervisor's checklist.- Generate, distribute, copy and file all invoices for material issued to the city.- Produce the daily Ticket Summary report and attach copies of all invoices and submit to the city- Generate the Flat File Fix report. Review and correct identified errors in the inventory system- Generate and review the SLA Failure Item Detail Report. Review all items that failed to determine if changes to stocking levels are required, based on the past 12 months of sales history- Generate, review and correct items identified on the PT/OP Bin check report- Produce and process the Reorder report- Generate, review and correct the No Min/Max report- Generate, review the Inactive Item Report. Take action on items as appropriate.- Produce and provide backup for all Credit Card purchases to corporateData Entry requirements- Ensure that all completed customer requisitions are properly invoiced in the inventory system- Ensure that all vendor receiving documents are properly entered in the inventory system- Ensure that all inventory transfer requests are properly entered in the inventory system- Generate new item numbers in the inventory system following published guidelinesInventory Management requirements- Perform and report weekly inventory cycle counts- Perform system research on all cycle count discrepancies- Monitor and review inventory Bin assignments to ensure accuracy- Review items sales history to ensure proper Stock Sources are set- Meet with city representatives to discuss future requirements in regards to stocking levels- Process Transfer requests from other MANCON locations- Perform Wall to Wall inventory at site, when notified, following established proceduresOther Requirements- Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance- Provide 24 hour support at the customer location during emergencies- Travel to locations to pick up parts- Train forklift operators- Assist with inventory research projects as requested- Participate in the SCM continuing training program- Supervise assigned store personnel.

Overview
The Operations Manager provides overall program leadership to ensure that MANCON achieves all contractual requirements and provides the highest level of customer service. Working in close coordination with the customer and MANCON headquarters Supply Chain Management leadership, the Operations Manager will champion the efforts to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, seek competitive parts pricing, improve vehicle availability, reduce vehicle life cycle costs, improve maintenance outcomes, increase productivity, and streamline operations between the City of Virginia Beach and MANCON.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day contract execution. The Operations Manager will have operational decision-making authority to ensure that MANCON's workforce is responding appropriately to the customer's operational requirements. Travel to complete assigned functions could include both overnight and weekends. Meetings with the customer may require business formal attire.
The Operations Manager will be supported by the Corporate Contract Support Team.
Responsibilities
Contract Management Requirements:
- Work with the city management to ensure that the contract is administered in a single and consistent manner.
- Attend customer meetings to assess problems and concerns
- Ask appropriate questions to ensure understanding of customer requirements
- Answer questions regarding MANCON capabilities and resources

- Investigate product complaints

Personnel Management Requirements
- Supervise contract employees, monitoring all job description activities
- Review and submit timesheets to include emergency overtime
- Investigate and resolve personnel issues.
- Hire and terminate in accordance with MANCON policies
- Provide training on processes and procedures to new employees
- Monitor employee performance and address problems in accordance with established disciplinary processes

Overview
The Parts Specialist II provides counter service to VDOT employees who need parts/equipment to perform their jobs. The Parts Specialist II will assist with inventory control, data entry in inventory systems, customer service, and may occasionally drive a MANCON vehicle to pick up parts. The Parts Specialist II demonstrates proficiency at sourcing parts, mastery of procedures, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service to include but not limited to the following:
Attention to detail
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Product Group Catalog.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to Policy and Procedures Manual.
Review, familiarize with and adhere to MANCON's SOPs and Safety Manual.
Meet and greet customers
Review supplied requisition forms to ensure they are properly completed (Signatures, timestamps, part numbers, descriptions and quantities)
Answer questions regarding availability of parts
Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and provided
Inform customers when requested parts are available
Parts Pick up
Drive vehicle to designated locations to purchase/pick up parts
Provide company documentation to vendors as required (tax exempt form, credit references)
Review all invoices at vendor location to ensure accuracy on pricing and quantities
Return products to MANCON location in a timely fashion
Data Entry Requirements
Assist in generating invoices for customer requisitions in the inventory system
Assist in entry of vendor receiving documents in the inventory system
Inventory Management Requirements
Assist in performing weekly inventory cycle counts
Assist in performing counts during Wall to Wall inventories at site
Other Requirements
Follow established guidelines for vehicle and equipment maintenance

Travel to locations to pick up parts

Qualifications
1 year computer experience
24-hour availability
Valid Driver's License with two years driving experience
P1 or P2 ASE Certification or 5 years procurement experience with auto or heavy duty truck parts
