L3Harris is currently seeking to hire a Specialist, Engineering Services to support Logistics and Integrated Product Support. The candidate will be responsible for the optimization of depot-level support and repair, management of assets and property, and the development of technical manuals and training. The position involves creating detailed technical documention on computer systems and individual components in support of maintenance and sustainment.
Essential Functions:
Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for all program Logistical elements.
Interfaces with multidiscipline team to provide Integrated Product Support.
Manage cost account, schedule, and milestones related to logistical support
Create work orders and provide oversight for depot repairs and maintenance activities.
Reviews, approves, and manages all shipments of parts, consumables, and items from the depot facility.
Manages government property, performs inventories, overseas audits, and prepares property reports on routine basis.
Authors FAA technical manuals and training for operational, instructional, and service procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
Oversees the development of Computer Based Training using Articulate Storyline and 360 Review.
Develops and presents briefings at weekly technical meetings and monthly program management reviews.
Participates and leads professional discussions in technical interchange meetings.
Maintains document and version control of formal/informal training deliverables.
Provides backup support for other Integrated Product Support managers.
Supports bid and proposal efforts for new pursuits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and minimum four (4) years of prior relevant experience or two (2) years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree and a minimum of eight (8) years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of prior related experience.
Minimum of two (2) years experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
Minimum of two (2) years leading an Integrated Product Support team.
Minimum of two (2) years managing depot operations, technical training, and manual development.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience writing test and repair procedures.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with Quality Management Systems, Engineering processes, and life cycle management.
Experience utilizing EVMS and reporting IMS milestone status.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Must be team oriented and customer focused.
Ability to obtain and continue to hold an FAA Public Trust clearance.

Job Description:The Quality Technician is responsible for performing functions associated with Quality Audit on all manufacturing products.
Essential Responsibilities:Test and Inspect radios and radio systems to ensure proper functionality under user-case conditions.- Perform Visual and Mechanical inspection. Documents findings in Harris information systems and databases.- Search for radio information and sales order information in Oracle, PTAC, and Agile.- Use sophisticated electronic equipment to collect and evaluate operating data necessary for the successful operation of the unit.- Utilize knowledge of mechanical assembly process to identify defects in workmanship and/or performance- Work with engineering to clarify defects found and assist in recreating failure and diagnosing to root cause.- Create or update radio test plans for new or existing radios with help from group leader or other team members.- Work with manufacturing to provide defect information to help resolve quality issues.
Basic Qualifications:- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience
Preferred Qualifications:- 1+ years experience with advanced electronic testing procedures including high band UHF protocols and ANW2 networking applications.- 1+ years experience setting up equipment to conduct these tests.- 2+ years of prior electronic work experience.- 1+ years experience using computer based documentation programs (Oracle, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- 1+ years work experience using power meters, spectrum analyzers, RF generators, and oscilloscopes.- Ability to work independently or in a group setting- Communication skills- Attention to detail- Ability to manipulate products up to ~18lbs, while listening for potential loose internal hardware.- Ability to work extra hours and/or weekends as workloads require.- Experience in radio operation and use.- Strong mechanical and analytical ability.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in team situations.- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $33,700 - $57,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
