GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Supervisor works closely with the Store Manager to learn all aspects of running a store. As a member of the Management Team, the Sales Supervisor provides outstanding customer service, achieves sales volume, adheres to Oakley's visual presentation standards and maximizes profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets. The Sales Supervisor works with the Store Manager in providing guidance, direction and development to the store team in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers excellent customer service and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism.

• Achieves high levels of sales performance and results.

• Assists the Store Manager with training and managing all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.

• Assigns employees to specific duties and assists with work schedule assignments by following the payroll matrix.

• Maintains compliance with corporate communications by overseeing preparation of merchandise, displays and presentations.

• Coordinates merchandise replenishment and the flow of merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor.

• Assists the store team in maintaining the store's visual objectives and housekeeping standards by straightening merchandise and assisting in floor and fixture changes.

• Exercises judgment and discretion alone, and in conjunction with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Oversees compliance of all staff with established company policies, procedures and standards.

• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by Store Manager.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment

• 1+ year of retail management experience

• Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills

• Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships and utilize skills of staff

• Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room

• Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Physical activities include engaging in repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching and/or using a step stool on a frequent basis

• Trouble shoots vision issues and determines correct course of action.

• Demonstrates good product knowledge; takes the initiative to accurately describe the features and benefits of various lenses and frames:

• Assists the customer in selecting frames and lenses that are best suited for needs.

• Operates the Software system by inputting customer and prescription information with accuracy and attention to detail and ensures eyewear is being processed and followed through on.

• Accurately operates the cashier terminal, when required, collecting proper payment following company security procedures and retaining proper change for a variety of transactions, such as credit cards, layaways, discounts, insurance and coupons.

GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Supervisor works closely with the Store Manager to learn all aspects of running a store. As a member of the Management Team, the Sales Supervisor provides outstanding customer service, achieves sales volume, adheres to Oakley's visual presentation standards and maximizes profits by controlling expenses and protecting company assets. The Sales Supervisor works with the Store Manager in providing guidance, direction and development to the store team in order to achieve all revenue, profit and customer service goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers excellent customer service and demonstrates a high degree of professionalism.

• Achieves high levels of sales performance and results.

• Assists the Store Manager with training and managing all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize sales.

• Assigns employees to specific duties and assists with work schedule assignments by following the payroll matrix.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment

• 1+ year of retail management experience

• Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written), including strong relationship building skills

• Ability to develop and train staff, build relationships and utilize skills of staff

• Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room

GENERAL FUNCTION

To ensure the automated equipment readiness, safety, and housekeeping procedures are followed. The position is the in-house resource for the operation, maintenance and repair of the automations on the manufacturing floor. Main duties will include working with the automation team to help with the building of new equipment, programming of new models, automation systems setup and perform any and all tasks necessary to maximize efficiency and uptime of the automations on the floor.

• Work with the automation team to build new equipment

• Provide electrical/mechanical installation support and technical expertise during new project launches.

• Accurately operates the POS system, when required, collecting proper payment following company security procedures and retaining proper change for a variety of transactions, such as credit cards, layaways, discounts, insurance and coupons.

• Explains to customers -One Hour- processing and expected delivery times.

• Takes pride in the appearance of the store and ensures visual displays are in accordance with Company provided guidelines.

RETAIL

DOCTOR'S OFFICE

• Performs all pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Utilizing clinical and product knowledge, provides coaching and guidance to patients on the care and handling of contact lenses.

• Responsible for the maintenance and disinfection of contact lens inventory; provides clinical support to the Optometrist as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are vital to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will bring an authentic, fun and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
