Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.

The Materials Handler provides merchandise that is stored in the Distribution Center for distribution to new and existing stores. The Materials Handler works closely with the picking team to resolve issues and helps expedite high priority orders.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receives incoming merchandise/product.
Processes merchandise/product per the established procedures.
Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
Picks merchandise per the established procedures and replenishment schedule.
Prepares merchandise/product for new stores.
Prepares merchandise/product for shipment.
Investigates short pick or inventory discrepancy for root cause.
Helps coach and train new associates.
Works closely with the leadership team to expedite high priority orders and ensure order accuracy.
Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) of experience
Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager
Ability to communicate/cooperate with DC associates

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of distribution, quality assurance and inventory. GENERAL FUNCTION
The Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and coordination of distribution, quality assurance and inventory. GENERAL FUNCTION
The overall mission of the Store Manager is to be a leader within the LensCrafters organization. The Store Manager delivers key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conveys a commitment to providing unsurpassed Customer Service through ensuring the LensCrafters' staff performs the Sales and Service Process steps.
Demonstrates the Diamond Service Principals and Service Vision with all customers and patients.
Provides on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs.
Analyzes store financial data and makes recommendations regarding steps which can be implemented on the retail side of the business to improve profitability.
Strives to achieve "Far Exceeds Expectations" on all targets set in the following areas:
NPS - Net Promoter Score
% Sales to Plan
Customer Count
Store Operating Profitability
% Saturation of Training
Key Performance Indicators, to include exam growth and retention
Recruits and selects high caliber staff.
Forecasts staffing needs through the use of the labor scheduling model.
Performs administrative duties to include payroll, inventory management, technical application and understanding.
Delivers the key performance indicators by inspiring associates to provide the customer experience that exceed their expectations notes through NPS portal.
Leads Doctor of Optometry business partnership and co-planning.
Adheres to Company policies and procedures regarding frame recovery and acknowledging receipt of physical inventory.
Executes to guidelines LC Inventory Management System and Order tracker as a part of global POS
Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards.
Conducts monthly safety inspections of store premises using self-inspection checklist. Reports all contacts by Local, State, Federal regulatory agencies to the CSC Legal or Quality Assurance Department within 14 hours of contact. Follow-up in writing.
Maximize Optometric partnerships through participation and involvement in the following: Coverage, Walk-in Availability, In-house Prescriptions, Doctor Detailing, Co-op Relationships.
Maintains safe AND FUN working environment for all associates/customers.
Takes pride in the store appearance and will execute visual directive to achieve a consistent company message.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent
4+ years management/supervisory experience
Comprehensive knowledge from operations, processes and business implications
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Team building and management skills
Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise
Strong communicator and listener
Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Sales skills
Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators
Ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
College degree or equivalent
State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states
LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification
LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program
Previous experience in customer service and retail
Knowledge of current store merchandise
High level of business acumen to include detailed knowledge of LC Dashboard

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Remote Care Optometrist is a leader in patient care at Luxottica Eye Care, part of EssilorLuxottica, and in the optometric industry through providing complete, comprehensive eye exams remotely using tele-optometry equipment and resources.
Ensure all patients receive the highest quality eye and vision care using the latest tools, resources and technological support. As a health care provider, this position will use your extensive, ongoing training to examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases, injuries and disorders of the visual system, eye and associated structures.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients
Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship remotely
Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care
Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations
Utilize and effectively leverage all available technology to deliver unsurpassed patient and customer experiences
Ensure that quality of care and systems are maintained
Provide clear, motivating and effective training and guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs and technology
Strive to exceed expectations on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and performance expectations
Contribute to a positive culture within the organization
Help to ensure the brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community
Maintain State Licensure in good standing, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Doctor of Optometry
Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry
License to practice Optometry in the State of practice location required
Commitment to quality optometric patient care
Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
Strong communicator and listener
Problem solving ability and solid organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient at using an electronic medical record (EMR) system
Basic Computer Troubleshooting
Familiarity with MS Windows 10 or higher
Open to becoming licensed in other states of need and operation
