Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a Summer 2025 Operations Intern to work with Operations on specific assignments related to affordability and production related project management. In this role, you will work in close coordination with Operations leadership and support teams. You will support the tracking of cost reduction initiatives, database management, and planning for the implementation of pipeline ideas. Interns will gain exposure into Operations across Final Assembly and Flight Operations, assisting with solving problems and incorporating those solutions into implementation plans. Assignments will be in a cross-functional team environment encompassing a full range of product / project management activities. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of production flow optimization, level loading and project management. Must be a US citizen.
Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing Bachelor's Program in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- Must have completed two years of coursework from in an accredited program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and TEAMS
- Familiar with process Improvement implementation

report to the SR Quality Manager in the AAFS Sikorsky line of business.
Responsible for all aspects of Quality across the
programs life-cycle including proposals, contract
review, start-up, development, transition to
production, production and support.
Requires an understanding of Quality tasks across
Quality functions including hardware, software,

Description: The Double Eagle (DE) program is seeking a Colorado (CO) Mult Functional Engineering & Science Manager, leading the vehicle engineering team. The Vehicle Engineering Manager (VEM) is the functional leader for engineering personnel to include associate managers, team leads, and chief system engineers. The VEM is responsible for technical execution of Statement of Work requirements and the staffing, training, certification, career development and retention of all assigned system and subsystem engineers and is required to be on call 24X7 to respond to and manage resolution of mission operations anomalies. The VEM is responsible for working collaboratively across LM SPACE lines of business to enable and provide proactive end to end system engineering across development, maintenance and operations contracts to ensure corporate success.
The VEM will be the primary customer interface for this functional area and will be responsible for representing the contractor management team and leading the development and across program (site functional areas, enterprise interfaces, and factory echelons) coordination of program technical recommendations to senior customer management decision authorities.
The VEM is responsible for developing innovative approaches to efficiently and effectively execute and sustain mission operations while simultaneously managing and validating technical change to advance new mission capabilities. This also includes ensuring this functional area is prepared to accept responsibilities for new capabilities to include training of new personnel, development of engineering and maintenance procedures, and creation of automation products to efficiently perform daily tasks. The VEM will chair weekly functional area working groups and review boards and is responsible for managing special projects, engineering activities, and functional area risks and opportunities.
This position has financial responsibilities to execute within budget on a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) cost control account and will be accountable for meeting CPAF performance criteria. The VEM, with inputs from the Site Lead, will actively maintain the staffing projections for their functional area to ensure certified personnel are in place to meet execution requirements and will work closely with other managers to coordinate staffing and employee development activities.
The VEM, along with the supporting management team of Full Spectrum Leaders, ensures that all customer, LM Corporate and company requirements are met by the employees with respect to security clearances, compliance training, performance management, correct charging to programs, metrics collection, relevant process framework establishment/ adherence, travel and other areas of compliance. In addition, the VEM and supporting managers will oversee the development of employee performance objectives, including skills development and other developmental needs. The VEM will have responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the annual performance assessments and salary administration for the team.

- Leadership experience in an operations or O&M program with a proven understanding of managing customer domain, mission(s) and key personnel
- Possess financial acumen and planning skills

Looking for a Security Rep Staff to perform the duties of an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and/or Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will: develop, implement, and administer a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program as well as manage all compliant SAP/SCI security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of industrial security regulations and federal security regulatory requirements of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals. Understand established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted programs. Develops and conducts security education and training programs for SAP and SCI. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. While this is primarily a first shift, M-Th 4X10 work week; mission requirements will include domestic and international business travel and work outside normally scheduled hours to include possibly nights and weekends to meet mission requirements.
Responsible for supporting RMS Advanced Programs at multiple locations. Serve as a point of contact and liaison with stakeholders and the Customer. Selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all SAP/SCI requirements are met to include but not limited to:
1. Administering the SAP Nomination Process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP Nomination packages.

Conduct annual SETA requirements, Foreign Travel briefings, and handle reporting requirements. 4.Classified document control to include maintenance of logs, and tracking documents in transition.
5. Program asset tracking to include tagging of all assets and updating asset information in the Security Information Management System (SIMS).
6. Administrative Security functions such as organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork.
7. Maintaining all end of day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass down logs.
8. Provide security escorting for uncleared personnel as required.
9. Perform COMSEC requirements for Advanced Programs.
Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.

Basic Qualifications:

This Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Sr. position will support the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) in developing, maintaining and overseeing the cybersecurity of assigned F-35 systems at MCAS Miramar, CA
Typical responsibilities of the ISSO include:
- Ensuring all applicable cybersecurity policy, plans and procedures are followed.
- Ensuring required cybersecurity controls are implemented and validated, to include continuous monitoring actions for assigned systems.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of cybersecurity related plans, procedures and guidance.
- Monitoring and recognizing non-compliance, suspicious and anomalous activity (i.e., threats), and effectively reporting such activity and associated risks to the appropriate parties.
- Ensuring plans of actions and milestones or remediation plans are in place for vulnerabilities identified during monitoring activity, audits, inspections, etc. and implementing, or overseeing, required corrective actions.
- Conducting role-based cybersecurity training for assigned users.
- Creating, collecting and retaining data to meet reporting requirements.

- Support the integration, test, verification, and validation of the system and various subsystems, including ground system fire control algorithms, missile guidance, navigation and autopilot algorithms, and actual Operational Flight Program code with C++ and FORTRAN models of weapons, sensors, ground systems, and environments through the 6-Degree of Freedom (6-DOF) Integrated Flight Simulations (IFS), Hardware In-the-Loop (HWIL) Lab and actual flight tests.
- Participate in flight test prediction and data performance analysis for multiple flights.
- Work with a team to develop robust algorithms to improve system performance.
- Support system performance assessments and trade studies.
This role will require onsite support full-time at Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control headquarters in Grand Prairie, TX working a 4/10 Flex schedule. This position requires a current DoD Secret clearance, therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.
