A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper:

As the Liberty Military Housing Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper, you will perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities and surrounding areas in a multifamily residential community. You will Operate tools, machinery and other equipment to complete tasks in an efficient manner. You will need to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors district office, pool and recreation areas, parking lots and other areas surrounding the community.

  • Remove trash from grounds, office areas, homes and surrounding community perimeter on a daily basis.

  • Details interior and exterior areas on a regular basis using general cleaning tools and equipment (i.e. broom, mop, vacuum, rake or blower to keep entry areas, sidewalks, streets and walking areas clean of debris, dust, leaves and brush).

  • May help with snow shoveling (where applicable) of sidewalks and other main entry

  • Assist in the preparation of make ready units including removal of trash from vacant homes (trash outs), touch up paint, and general cleaning prior to make-ready.

  • Assist with various physical tasks as directed; carrying and removal of abandoned furniture, tools, appliances, and other equipment.

  • Assist with repairs, replacement and installation of window and door screens, lightbulb and other

  • Helps clean and maintain storage and shop

  • Assist maintenance technicians when

  • May perform minor interior and exterior touch up painting/caulking.

  • Cleans air conditioning vents, replaces air filters, and smoke

  • Performs any additional routine cleaning / maintenance on property as requested as needed or

  • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on homes, community and/or common areas to

  • Demonstrates the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools, equipment and

  • Participate in and attends various department or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related events.

  • Compile with all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety or environment and LMH Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

  • Understand and follows safe work practices for all trades, including but not limited to: Lockout Tag-out, Confined Space Entry, use of hazardous chemicals, use of Personal Protective Equipment, Ladder Safety, and working from Elevated Surfaces. Performs any additional routine maintenance on property as requested by supervisor

  • Beginning level understanding of grounds

  • Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment applicable to job

  • Communication and effective interaction with co-workers, managers, vendors or residents sufficient to exchange or convey information and to give and receive work direction.

  • Basic computer skills (PC / mobile device)

A Day in the Life of a Office Support Representative

As the Liberty Military Housing Office Support Representative, you will be answering phones and taking messages. You be responsible of administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts are a few examples of duties essential in this role. You need an effective customer service skill and the ability to work efficiently and effectively and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.

  • Administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts

  • Performs various administrative and computer tasks, email communications, input of information/data into various software and information systems (Payscan, Yardi, and other company-related systems).

  • Composing and distributing of correspondence / notices (3 day, move out charges, renewals other important resident notices that pertain to maintenance services, etc.).

  • May participate in property walks / inspections (grounds, common areas, parking lots, community rooms, make-readies, quality control, etc.) to ensure community is well maintained according to LMH's quality standards.

  • Participate in and attend various department or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related events.

  • Responsible for responding to and managing resident complaints and/or service issues and may coordinate with appropriate staff to address and resolve resident concerns.

A Day in the Life of a Office Support Representative

As the Liberty Military Housing Office Support Representative, you will be answering phones and taking messages. You be responsible of administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts are a few examples of duties essential in this role. A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper:

As the Liberty Military Housing Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper, you will perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities and surrounding areas in a multifamily residential community. A Day in the Life of a Construction Manager:

As the Liberty Military Housing Construction Manager, you will manage the Construction Services team that helps plan and execute over $100 million in Capital Improvement and Development projects each year. Liberty Military Housing (LMH) is one of the largest owner/managers of privatized (PPV) military family housing in the country with nearly 37,000 units nationwide.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Plan/monitor/coordinate new construction, renovations, and Capital Improvements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist Property Management/Asset Management with the preparation of detailed project descriptions for annual Development/Capital Improvement Budgets and subsequent Work Order.

  • Provide budget estimates for Development/Capital Improvements projects to Property Management/Asset Management.

  • Execute the scope and bid development for Development/Capital Improvement projects.

  • Execute buyout phase for each Development/Capital Improvement projects.

  • Serve as Owner's representative during construction of projects to enforce quality, monitor contractor expenses and coordinate any action between contractor and Property Management.

  • Build a database of local contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors that will assist LMH in the future to develop and maintain the PPV program.

  • Review and approval of Project Approval Forms (PAF's).

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring of environmental/historical/cultural resource requirements within the PPV boundaries.

A Day in the Life of an Environmental Compliance Specialist:

As the Liberty Military Housing Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will assist with supervision of Capital Improvement and Development projects. Liberty Military Housing (LMH) is one of the largest owner/managers of privatized (PPV) military family housing in the country with nearly 37,000 units nationwide. The Construction Services team helps plan and execute over $100 million in Capital Improvement and Development projects each year.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Pesticide Management:

  • Monitor NAVFAC NOPRS database for pest vendor data entries.

  • Participate in Installation Pest Management meetings as needed.

Hazardous Materials and Waste Management:

  • Provide guidance to Property Management (PM) relating to hazardous materials (HM) and hazardous waste (HW) management.

  • Inspect shops, yards, pools, and vendor staging areas for compliance with environmental regulations and the LMH HM and HW Management Guide at least twice annually. Enter inspections into Yardi and conduct follow up visits as needed.

  • Conduct on-boarding for new Maintenance Supervisors and staff as needed and assigned by the Regional Environmental Manager (REM).

  • Sign HW manifests as needed (must have DOT training).

Storm Water Management:

  • Educate staff on storm water best management practices during shop/yard inspections.

LBP Management:

  • Assist with coordination of annual 10 percent O&M inspections of pre-1978 housing.

  • Spot check projects involving LBP stabilization and abatement as needed and assigned by the REM.

ACM Management:

  • Provide guidance to PM and CM relating to compliance with the O&M Plan;

  • Maintain knowledge of new legislation relating to ACM by attending regulatory updates held by local agencies.

  • Spot check projects involving asbestos abatement as needed and assigned by the REM.

Radon:

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper:

As a Liberty Military Housing Service Technician II, you will perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs in a multi-family residential community. You will operate building systems and related equipment and tools to complete tasks to Liberty Military Housing's quality standards. Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper:

As the Liberty Military Housing Seasonal Porter/Groundkeeper, you will perform routine cleaning and upkeep of grounds, buildings, amenities and surrounding areas in a multifamily residential community. You will Operate tools, machinery and other equipment to complete tasks in an efficient manner. You will need to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and deliver on our mission of providing exemplary service in accordance with Liberty Military Housing's quality customer satisfaction standards.

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors district office, pool and recreation areas, parking lots and other areas surrounding the community.

  • Remove trash from grounds, office areas, homes and surrounding community perimeter on a daily basis.

  • Details interior and exterior areas on a regular basis using general cleaning tools and equipment (i.e. broom, mop, vacuum, rake or blower to keep entry areas, sidewalks, streets and walking areas clean of debris, dust, leaves and brush).

  • May help with snow shoveling (where applicable) of sidewalks and other main entry

  • Assist in the preparation of make ready units including removal of trash from vacant homes (trash outs), touch up paint, and general cleaning prior to make-ready.

  • Assist with various physical tasks as directed; carrying and removal of abandoned furniture, tools, appliances, and other equipment.

  • Assist with repairs, replacement and installation of window and door screens, lightbulb and other

  • Helps clean and maintain storage and shop

  • Assist maintenance technicians when

  • May perform minor interior and exterior touch up painting/caulking.

  • Cleans air conditioning vents, replaces air filters, and smoke

  • Performs any additional routine cleaning / maintenance on property as requested as needed or

  • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on homes, community and/or common areas to

  • Demonstrates the appropriate and safe use of standard hand and power tools, equipment and

  • Participate in and attends various department or regional meetings, resident or community events, seminars, and other work-related events.

  • Compile with all OSHA safety regulations, local applicable laws regarding health, safety or environment and LMH Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

  • Understand and follows safe work practices for all trades, including but not limited to: Lockout Tag-out, Confined Space Entry, use of hazardous chemicals, use of Personal Protective Equipment, Ladder Safety, and working from Elevated Surfaces. Performs any additional routine maintenance on property as requested by supervisor

A Day in the Life of an Assistant Construction Manager:

As a Liberty Military Housing Assistant Construction Manager, you will assist with the supervision of Capital Improvement and Development projects. The Construction Services team helps plan and execute over $100 million in Capital Improvement and Development projects each year.

Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Assist the Construction Manager in identifying and planning projects.

  • Assist the Construction Manager/Property Manager/Asset Manager in performing comprehensive property walks at a minimum of annually.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in providing budget estimates for Capital Improvements and Development projects to Property Management/Asset Management.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in executing the scope and bid development for Capital Improvement/Development projects to include all construction trade and service vendors.

  • Assist the Construction Manager with executing buyout of each capital improvement project.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in serving as Owner's Representative during construction of projects to enforce quality, monitor contractor expenses and coordinate any action between contractor and Property Management.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in building a database of local contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors that will assist LMH in the future to develop and maintain the PPV program.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in the preparation of Project Approval Forms (PAF's) and contracts.

  • Assist the Construction Manager in tracking and monitoring of environmental/historical/cultural resource requirements within the PPV boundaries.

A Day in the Life of a Office Support Representative

As the Liberty Military Housing Office Support Representative, you will be answering phones and taking messages. You be responsible of administrative tasks including filing, shredding, organizing, and creating move in packets and gifts are a few examples of duties essential in this role.
