Primary Responsibilities
The position will perform a key function serving as the primary integration point for multiple programs within the Advanced Materials Department.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with program leadership to create and present artifacts to both internal and external stakeholders
Support with program team, task leads, and technical team to support the goal of the program

Basic Qualifications
Masters with 6+ years of experience in a professional environment interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working across multiple organizations to achieve company/customer goals
Experience conducting and reporting the outcomes of market and or trade studies
Experience creating and providing recurring briefings to leadership stakeholders on program/product status
Experience creating and maintaining schedules
Experience with procurement activities
Experience reviewing and negotiating contract pricing and terms and conditions
Experience in a customer-facing role
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

The Security Enterprise Solutions business is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to support the Ports & Borders business within the Global Products Division. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of program execution and product delivery into government and commercial environments. The Commercial Operations Manager in this role will have the proven ability to be both customer-focused and operations/execution-minded. He or she will oversee all phases of the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process, including the development of bids and proposals for new equipment sales, to ensure successful customer outcomes while mitigating business risk. The Commercial Operations Manager also has broad oversight of the Order to Remittance (OTR) process to ensure we fulfill all current and future customer commitments. Primary Responsibilities
Prioritize and maintain list of active Ports and Borders bids and proposals to ensure broad cross-functional alignment across functional teams and provide visibility to other key stakeholders.
Coordinate and champion the bid development effort for new products bids to ensure readiness for bid approval review (BAR) meetings, including ensuring clear understanding of customer requirements, and providing project management and oversight of cross-functional inputs.
Build & operate Bid Risk Review sessions to drive early engagement, strategy development and approvals with region & product teams as well as Operations, and supporting functions (legal, finance, tax, EHS, etc), ensuring leadership alignment at all levels to obtain necessary decisions in a timely manner.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions with international business, tax, export, global mobility and other key stakeholders to define requirements and inform strategies as we enter new markets.
Facilitate solutioning sessions with globally dispersed team, including new business development, technical SMEs, commercial operations peers, program managers and other functional leads to ensure the development of clearly-defined, comprehensive and strategic solutions in response to customer inquiries.
Work closely with Program Management, Service, Training, Pricing and others to ensure accurate and complete scope has been captured and costed
Lead internal pricing discussions based on PTW and business objectives. Spearhead efforts to optimize costing and pricing methodologies to ensure bids are costed as accurately as possible to increase competitiveness and PWin.
Provide demand inputs into the production forecast based on bid data for operational planning and participate in internal SIOP process to align operations plans with anticipated customer demand while also understanding business financial goals.
Ensure seamless hand-over of POs/signed contracts through the entire OTR process.
Hold cross-functional operations meetings to ensure broad alignment relative to evolving business priorities, and to identify issues, anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and escalate risk to leadership as needed.
Continuously challenge current processes and leverage data to drive efficiency, increase profitability and optimize business outcomes, including maintaining data in Salesforce and other systems to help monitor business performance and capture insights to inform future business decisions.
Manage a team of bids and proposals professionals and commercial operations support staff
Support efforts to drive employee engagement and increase cross-functional alignment across the Ports and Borders business and particularly at the Vista site.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role is responsible for performing system engineering integration within EVA and Human Systems Mobility Program (EHP) for Artemis lunar surface missions. Tasks include: performing cross-program integration between EHP and Gateway for interfaces, ground rules and assumptions, agreements, and leading trade studies. This position will work at Johnson Space Center within a large System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) team and offers a hybrid work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities
Perform EHP program-to-program integration with Gateway (primary) and Human Landing System (HLS) (secondary) Programs.

Description
The Integrated Systems Division at Leidos currently has an opening for a Property Controller to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting. The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. The Property Controller will be responsible to track and maintain all data relevant to government-furnished and accountable property, including (but not limited to) location tracking, maintenance data, warranty data, CM information and lifecycle status. The Property Controller will work in a highly collaborative environment with teammates, key stakeholders and the Government customer to ensure mission continuity and support to the IC community.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate property control activities for multiple primary locations and associated tail sites.

Leidos is looking for a Software Engineer to join a high performing agile team using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a nationally significant and fast-paced cryptographic key management program. Program execution follows DEVOPS best practices and employs robust development, test, and production environments. Job Summary
The Software Engineer will perform software development activities as a member of an agile development team. Primary Responsibilities
The Software Engineer will be responsible for software development activities both individually and as a member of an agile team. Description
The Leidos Human Health and Performance Contract (HHPC) has an opening for an experienced Data Steward in Houston, Texas at NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC).
The Data Steward will work with the NASA Human Health and Performance Directorate (HHPD) Data Integration Manager to define and enforce data cataloging, including: tagging, data quality, metadata, and security. This position serves as a key resource and important intermediary between the data owner and the data catalog. The Data Steward is responsible for the effective administration, utilization, and growth of the data catalog as well as the identification of metadata and data tagging of business systems. This role will aid in the end-to-end delivery of data management services through collaboration with data owners, risk custodians, and civil servant leadership to ensure high quality deliverables are on time and within budget to support data management across HHPD.
US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency and the ability to successfully obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance are required.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive the analysis and resolution of data governance issues (e.g., data ownership and system of record determination, coherent usage) in partnership with data owners and custodians.
Collect and administer updates to business metadata, assuring data is classified and the metadata is enriched.
Develop documentation of end-to-end data flows with the goal of determining enterprise data impacts.
Identify new opportunities to enhance the value of the organization's information.
Support and own the implementation of data management and governance technologies for data stewardship, metadata management, and data integration efforts.
Continually curate the data catalog, including: performing validation of metadata, data tagging, and inactivation of obsolete data.
Work directly with business stakeholders to develop data naming rules to allow for easy identification.
Proactively take an active role in the development and refinement of Data Governance and Enablement implementation.
Drive data governance adoption, embedding governance practices, and enhancing data-driven culture.
Act as a data management SME, consulting with stakeholders to improve data governance literacy, advance data maturity, and develop strategic data initiatives.
Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams. Encourage a collaborative atmosphere by partnering with various stakeholders to facilitate change and enhance data governance adoption.
Identify data governance process gaps and work with stakeholders to design solutions to address them.
Build and support a strong community of data owners and data stewards. Provide guidance and support to enhance data stewardship capabilities.
Provide training and mentorship to Data Stewards and other stakeholders in best practices for data management.
Participate in the development of data polices including data retention, data privacy, data use, and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in a data management or data governance field; or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with data management and data governance tools such as OpenMetadata
Prior experience in the role of data steward and/or data governance manager with exposure to data governance tools and processes
Strong understanding of data cataloging, data lineage, and metadata concepts
Strong research, problem determination and solution skills
Strong verbal/written communication and collaboration skills
Shows initiative and exhibits a -can-do- attitude
Able to see the big picture and end-to-end connection points associated with data and systems
Must be able to lead projects and work independently
Proficient in reading/understanding Entity Relationship and logical data models
Solid understanding of available data technology architectures and frameworks
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data subject to HIPAA Compliance or other Federal regulations that impact health entities
Intermediate knowledge of a subset of analytical approaches (ex. statistical analysis, predictive modeling, visual analytics)
Ability to interpret technical documentation and models, including software and database specifications
