Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a Program Integrator to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems. Primary Responsibilities
The position will perform a key function serving as the primary integration point for multiple programs within the Advanced Materials Department.
The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with program leadership to create and present artifacts to both internal and external stakeholders
Support with program team, task leads, and technical team to support the goal of the program
Coordinate budgets/costs with program finance and program leadership to ensure successful execution of programs
Draft program documents such as Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and program reports
Coordinate and establish recurring reviews to status cost/schedule/technical performance of program with internal and external performers
Partner with program and functional teams to identify and address gaps that would inhibit performance and on-time delivery of program milestones
Support procurement activities related to program execution
Work closely with third parties (e.g. other contractors, other stakeholders) to facilitate integrated program support
Support and/or lead elements of technical program execution, as required
Support and/or lead elements of business development activities, as required
Basic Qualifications
Masters with 6+ years of experience in a professional environment interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience working across multiple organizations to achieve company/customer goals
Experience conducting and reporting the outcomes of market and or trade studies
Experience creating and providing recurring briefings to leadership stakeholders on program/product status
Experience creating and maintaining schedules
Experience with procurement activities
Experience reviewing and negotiating contract pricing and terms and conditions
Experience in a customer-facing role
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
Preferred candidates will also meet some of the following requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Project
Program/Project Management experience. PMP/PMI Certification a plus.
MBA or advanced technical degree
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience developing and executing staffing plans for programs

Pay Range:
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
