Leidos has an immediate need for a mid-level Project Manager to support the AEGIS contract at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) located Redstone Arsenal, AL. The AEGIS contract provides high quality integrated communications services for secure network, voice, video, and data solutions to NASA customers worldwide. Candidate will provide mid-level project management duties within the AEGIS Project Management Office (PMO).
Primary Responsibilities:
Project lifecycle fundamentals in project planning and definition, build and design, execution, testing, implementation, and closeout.
Plan, monitor, and manage project tasks, timelines, milestones, and overall quality of project deliverables within a PMO.
Create and manage project management plans, project schedules, requirement specifications, project risks, and other technical documentation utilizing Microsoft suite tools or other within the PMO.
Develop solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require analyses of domain knowledge.
Assist PMO with development and management of project methodologies, processes, standards, and documentation templates.
Assist PMO with required Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) documentation audits as needed.
Interface frequently with customers, executive-level management, task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and/or support personnel on project progress, requirements, risks/constraints, schedule, and cost impacts.
Perform weekly PMO administrative duties such as preparing reports, briefings, and presentations.
Work independently to achieve and manage day-to-day project deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
BS or BA degree with minimum (4) years of related experience OR Masters with two (2) years of relevant experience.
Able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills and stakeholder engagement (both oral and written).

Leidos is seeking a talented Principal Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to join a diverse team that is creating unique manufacturing solutions for our growing defense programs! Our work today supports the warfighter tomorrow!
This position will support a critical air defense program by leading the concept development, planning, budgeting, and activation of a production facility in Lawton-Ft. Sill, OK. The Lawton-Ft. Sill facility will be a Leidos Defense Sector manufacturing facility and will support the ramp-up of a major air defense program in our portfolio. The Lawton-Ft. Sill facility will work closely with existing Leidos Manufacturing facilities in Huntsville, Alabama. The ME will coordinate with Manufacturing and Program stakeholders to determine the work content to be performed at the facility. The ME will lead planning activities, in conjunction with Corporate Facilities, related to non-recurring construction planning and execution. The ME will define the facility concept of operations (CONOPS), facility layout, material flow, production tooling/equipment requirements and the inventory management approach for the facility. The person in this role will develop and manage the overall execution of site activation and will collaborate with existing leadership in Alabama and Oklahoma on project progress. The position will be based in Huntsville, AL but will require travel to Lawton-Ft.Sill with an increasing frequency of travel as the project progresses. The person in this role could relocate to Lawton-Ft. Sill or could remain in Huntsville to support other manufacturing operations.
This position will report to the Manufacturing Operations Director and will exercise substantial decision-making authority for non-recurring manufacturing site planning.
Primary Responsibilities
The ME would partner with internal stakeholders to do the following:
Establish the concept of operations for the facility.
Determine work content and program timing for transfer of work to the Lawton-Ft. Sill facility.
Partner with Corporate Facilities to establish, monitor, and manage the non-recurring construction schedule.
Develop the production floor layout and associated material flow.
Develop equipment/tooling requirements and partner with Manufacturing to develop associated budgets, spend plans, and acquisition schedules.
Lead planning and execution of production readiness gate reviews.
Partner with local representatives in Lawton-Ft. Sill on site activation, staffing plans, and local community engagement.
Basic Qualifications
BS in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline with 12 years of relevant experience, OR Masters in technical or business discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
Candidate must have demonstrated technical experience in the creation of manufacturing plans including work location determination, development of equipment requirements, process definition, work area layout, tooling requirements, takt time evaluation, and capacity planning.
Prior experience managing complex projects to include scope baselining, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring/reporting.
Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and must possess and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.

The Leidos Innovation Center currently has an opening for a Electronics Hardware Engineer (High School Intern) to work in our Huntsville AL office. This is an exciting opportunity to support new capabilities in GPS-denied navigation and threat detection.
The junior electronics hardware engineer position will focus on designing and building threat emulators to test Leidos detection systems. This position is intended for high school interns. This position will be fully on-site at least four hours a week in Huntsville, AL.

Candidate will develop, document, and execute manufacturing processes and procedures for electronic and electromechanical products. Candidate will support production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA's), cable assemblies, and electromechanical assemblies and systems. Applicant will work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop a wide variety of hardware, and work with the latest automated technology used in assembly and test equipment. Candidate will support tasks such as review and approval of engineering drawings, bills of materials, customer quality requirements, and work instructions; participation in design reviews; and execution of manufacturing activities. Candidate will be required to work closely with the design team to complete all details of the design, to prepare the design for release to manufacturing. Candidate will also work closely with our quality team to develop processes that validate customer quality requirements. Candidate will work closely with production control to meet desired delivery schedule of design team.
Basic Qualifications
Candidate will have a BS degree in engineering (or a science or technical discipline) from an accredited university with at least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, Basis of Estimate (BOE) documents, and other documents used to support proposal efforts will be a plus.
Experience with Costpoint Material Planning software and/or Agile product lifecycle management software is a plus. Experience in various quality roles is also a plus. Experience in using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is also a plus.

Leidos is hiring a full time early to mid-career level Risk Analyst to support the Weapons Modernization Program for our National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) customer. This individual will be responsible for teaming with the Labs, Plants, and Sites (LPS) to develop technical and programmatic risks (threats and opportunities) and provide support in the management of program level risks for the NNSA. This individual will interface between the program's Federal Program Office (FPO) and the NNSA National Labs and nuclear weapon production facilities, for managing the risk program. This includes responsibility for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques and providing recommendations on risk handling strategies. The work performed is extensive in scope and preference is for an experienced individual with demonstrated NNSA risk management expertise or an individual with the willingness and aptitude to learn the technical and programmatic risk management processes.
The individual must be self-starting, possess an ability to work in a highly dynamic environment, and have an ability to interface with a broad range of federal and military senior staff and leadership. The Leidos Defense Group currently has two openings for Service Desk Technician Interns to work in support of the Air Force National Capital Region IT Services (AFNCR ITS) program.
Leidos is looking for a highly motivated information technology technician responsible for being the first contact for each of our customer calls. This individual will help ascertain the nature of the call, resolve issues where possible, and escalate to the appropriate work group, when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities
After an initial acclimation period, you will be responsible for providing phone, email, and web support to users. The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the FAA Enterprise Network Services (FENS) Program.
