We are seeking a Windows System Administrator to be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems in support of the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC. As our Windows Sys Admin, you will ensure that the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the systems they manage meet the needs of the users. The incumbent will also cross-train in Veritas / NetBackup with the goal of serving as Veritas SME for the program.
This position is located in Arlington, VA and is 100% on-site.
Primary Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and implement detailed documentation for standard systems operating procedures to be used across the enterprise.
Develop, implement, and monitor policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Work both independently as well as in coordination with network / systems administrators to maintain the smooth operation of a multi-user computer system.
Once trained, responsible for the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the Veritas Netbackup application across multiple CESO Environments
Maintain the appropriate DOD Cyber compliance level as directed by the program Cyber security office via patching and configuration using DISA STIGs.
Provide technical input and accomplishing development, deployment and configuration tasks to maintain current operational environment.
Monitor backup jobs across multiple platforms.
Perform periodic disaster recovery scenarios.
Maintain backup policies and standards.
Troubleshoot performance problems and propose solutions.
Monitor equipment for backup environment to include servers, and disk storage devices.
Manage and execute complex databases backups, particularly in SQL and Oracle environments, to ensure data protection.
Create, follow and maintain in-house documentation for repeatable processes.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience with a Windows servers environment (e.g. 2008r2 and 2012r2). Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree.
Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain CI Poly in future
Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware environments.
Experience with Remote Desktop Services; PowerShell scripting; security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS; Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP); Group Policy Management (GPO) and Local Security Policies; Windows Task Scheduler; Active Directory
Experience with system (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration.

Provide expert advice and direction regarding the management and operation of all Palo Alto devices in the DISA CESO enterprise architecture.

The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking a senior Full-Stack developer with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) Interface and Support Processes division within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). PSPD supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and CBP critical missions, specifically screening and processing travelers at the ports of entry (POEs) into the United States.
In this hands-on position, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real time systems. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and other resource constraints. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle of a mission critical product including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.

Primary Responsibilities:
Supports inventory management assignments and performs technical work with the team.
Helps process in / out-processing requests, ensuring all assets are properly accounted.
Assists with the execution of the Lost, Damaged, or Destroyed (LDD) asset tickets, performing asset record and e-discovery reviews.
Carries our daily functions to assist with accounting for and tracking roughly 100,000 Government-owned equipment (GOE) Information Technology assets throughout the lifecycle from procurement to disposition.
Continuously works to achieve over all objects both long and short-term as a team member and individual contributor.
Assists in providing weekly and monthly reports to contract and government leads on the status of inventories and annual goals.
Assists with identifying improvements to asset management processes.
Supports efforts with lifecycle repository for all assets consistent with an Enterprise IT Service Management (EITSM) system of record (e.g., Remedy).
Supports efforts for asset compliance and carries out annual inventory reviews on over 250 accounts.
Basic Qalifications:

The National Security Sector within Leidos is seeking an Automation Tester with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). PSPD supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and CBP critical missions, specifically screening and processing travelers at the ports of entry (POEs) into the United States.
In this hands on position, you will work collaboratively to architect, design, build, deliver, and enhance highly available, scalable, real time systems. You will exercise your judgment in determining and recommending the best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines and other resource constraints. Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking a Tier 1 AS&W Analyst - Day Back for this highly visible cyber security program supporting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) security operations center (SOC). Leidos currently has an opening on the 'Service Management, Integration and Transport' (SMIT) Contract for a Field/Base Network Technician position. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the SMIT mission. SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under SMIT, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Description
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos is seeking a Tier II Network Technician to support computer data communications systems, in providing design specifications, testing and inspections for computer networks; plan and implementing upgrades; as well as, analyzing and organizing corresponding hardware and software combined solutions through network modeling.
The job duties of the Tier II Network Technician are as follows:
The Tier 2 network field technician will support the installation and maintenance of the client LAN/WAN devices.
Respond to and resolve incident tickets.
Draft and implement standard network change requests.
Provide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management and projects (site surveys, TEMS, coordinate and install new equipment).
Perform configuration management functions such as update topology drawings, ensure asset management records are accurate, and conduct inventory.
Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades. (Knowledge of CISCO/Juniper RMA process).
Layer 1 and Layer 2 network experience (CAT5, SM/MM Fiber, Serial cables, SFP).
Configure and troubleshoot layer 2 switching (VLAN's, Port Security, Thin Configs).
Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Juniper JUNOS, Brocade and Foundry OS.
Familiar (doesn't need to be a SME) with Layer 3 protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, HSRP, MPLS, LSP, GRE. Familiar with Visio, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
May have up to 10% COMSEC responsibilities.

The Integrated Systems Division at Leidos is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer. The successful candidate will provide enterprise-wide systems engineering support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community.

Primary Responsibilities:
