The Integrated Systems Division at Leidos is seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Software Program Manager (PM) to provide software development and sustainment. The PM will serve as the primary interface between Leidos, all sub-contractors and the government for required project status information, tasking, risk management, coordination, staffing, scheduling, and problem resolution. Primary Responsibilities:
The PM will be responsible for all aspects of managing the portfolio to include but not limited to analyzing business functionality as well as providing recommendations and impact assessments for system design and architecture development. This position is responsible for managing, developing, and evaluating subordinate resources, resolving contractor issues and meeting with the sponsor for Program Management Reviews. The PM will be responsible for creating and maintaining all compliance documentation, maintaining the contractor management plan, as well as managing and reporting on project related items, such as cost, schedule, risk, and performance. The PM will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of all CDRL and financial reports for the contract as well as ad-hoc data calls and various other contract deliverables.The PM is to ensure the timely and accurate transfer of programmatic and technical information and plan and participate in program/iterative reviews. The PM will be responsible for securing and managing an exceptional team/staff, maintaining high levels of staff retention, and ensuring exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will excel at personnel and customer relationship management with a big picture/strategic eye for innovation and continued efficiencies across the program.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience managing Agile Software Development programs

Responsibilities:
The Capture Manager is responsible for developing and supporting the execution of the business operation's overall capture strategy associated with an approved pursuit effort to increase the win probability of new and existing projects. This includes working closely with the responsible business development or marketing lead, supporting the transition from opportunity identification into capture efforts, assembling a capture team and managing the capture team to successfully bid and win contracts, contacting and interfacing with existing and new clients and partners, communicating the organization's core capabilities, establishing internal and external teaming, and managing bid and proposal funding. The National Security Sector has an opening for a TARP Assistant/Warehouse Specialist in Jacksonville FL. This position is a Technical Assistance for Repairables Processing (TARP) Warehouse Specialist supporting Navy Repairables Management under a contract sponsored and funded by NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS). This position is to support RDO Screening in Jacksonville, FL. The Warehouse Specialist provides support for the Navy Repairables process to include the receipt/processing of not-ready-for-issue retrograde DLRs, material handling, and packaging in accordance with Navy packaging requirements. The Warehouse Specialist receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet outlined objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides on-site warehouse support supporting the Navy Repairables Management process on behalf of NAVSUP WSS.
Control the efficient flow of repairable assets in order to meet customer requirements.
Ensure the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistic processes.
Support other logistics elements of the Navy Repairables process including Total Asset Visibility (TAV), Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) hubs/nodes, Carcass Tracking, Stock-In-Transit (SIT) and the management of retrograde data.
Facilitate the use of Automated Information Technology and the Navy electronic Repairables Management System (eRMS).
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of ten (10) years of logistics experience with background and knowledge of the US Navy Retrograde Processing. (Preferably Military logistics and storekeeper experience.)
Knowledge of the Navy Supply System and NAVSUP Weapon System Support Inventory Management,Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) and Secondary Reparables (SECREPs).
Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Be physically capable of traveling and working in warehouse environments supporting physical logistics operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support (WSS), Marine Corps Air Stations and ATAC processing is desirable.
Knowledge of US Navy Supply Systems to include, eRMS, RSUPPLY, Navy ERP, One Touch Support including interfaced logistics systems FLIS.

The Defense Enclave Services contract will unify the DoD Fourth Estate Defense Agencies and Field Activities' (DAFAs) common use information technology systems, personnel, functions, and program elements under the direction of DISA's Fourth Estate Network Optimization program office. It will unify the DAFAs on a common, modernized network architecture, DoDNet, to provide mission services focused on enhanced user experience, improved security, and network reliability.
The Customer Engagement Specialist will be a member of the Customer Experience team and will support the effort to provide an enhanced customer and user experience across a large set of stakeholders and users. They will apply best practices in user and customer experience, organizational change management, and customer relationship management to enhance the migration experience for all users.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) performing construction oversight for projects in support of Project Engineers,

Leidos is seeking a Materials Scientist to join our team in Albany, OR to work with a distributed, multidisciplinary team in advancing understanding of hydrogen damage of additively manufactured (AM) Ni-based superalloys for hydrogen-powered turbine applications relevant to service to industry partners. The candidate should possess knowledge of and practical experience with conducting research on microstructure-property relationships of AM alloys used in structural applications. The position will be on-site research and development support for the NETL R&D facility in Albany, OR. Primary Responsibilities:
Perform slow strain rate and fatigue crack tests in hydrogen environments on AM Ni-based superalloys using in-situ testing equipment at NETL.
Determine failure and deformation mechanisms associated with hydrogen embrittlement and hydrogen attack.
Characterize microstructures using advanced techniques (SEM, EDS, XRD, EBSD, EPMA (microprobe), TEM).
Use computational simulation methods (e.g. CALPHAD, diffusion simulations, and/or related software) to predict phase equilibria, kinetic phase information/compositions with thermal history and solidification behavior.
Perform mechanical testing, heat treatment studies, and phase stability studies as needed
Write technical reports outlining results of lab testing
Required Education, Experience & Other:

The National Security Sector is currently looking experienced Triage Examiners in various languages to perform media exploitation (MEDEX) and triage in support a customer in the National Capital Region (NCR). Triage Examiners should be experienced in general linguist operations and Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX) operations, and are expected to leverage language and analytical skills, as well as advanced computer systems aptitude in addressing triage examination projects. Triage Examiners will perform eDiscovery examinations of electronic media for content of interest using a suite of forensic examination tools and will identify and prioritize items of importance for further processing, in accordance with customer standard operating procedures. Examiners will also be expected to communicate effectively and provide ad-hoc notification to superiors on task progress and significant findings, and to produce a report of their findings for further dissemination to customer(s).

The primary responsibilities of the Triage Examiners are:
Perform data discovery on large datasets of foreign language material and identify essential elements of information.
Convert, reformat, parse, and otherwise exploit media files using customer tools to ensure compatibility and readability for translation systems.
Prepare files and metadata for transfer to translation systems, including review of foreign-language data.
Produce report of findings and disseminate to customer, analysts, and liaison officers.
Prepare accurate written gists, translations, and/or transcriptions of general and technical material.
Basic Qualifications

Contract (NISC IV) team.
In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) performing construction oversight for projects in support of Project Engineers,
Contracting Officer's Representatives, and Contracting Officers. This position will report progress and issues against project goals, scope of work, and schedule. The projects support Air Traffic Control facilities over the eastern third of the continental United States plus the Caribbean.
This position requires 100% travel (full time, including weekends) with each assignment typically lasting weeks or months.
Construction Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure general contractor complies with FAA Environmental, Safety, and Health policies.
- Supervise construction of FAA projects on-site and provide quality assurance that completed work is
