Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Project Supervisor to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
Please Note: This is a hybrid position with at least two days onsite in the office in Washington, DC; candidate must reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
Typical Responsibilities include:
For very large cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a major task area.For example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case.
For a case involving an out of town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out of town trial support center.
Alternatively, may assist several Project Managers on a multitude of smaller cases simultaneously. For example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for oversight of responsive/privilege review in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another.
Requires direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first line supervisors.
May require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience
Two years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects
One year of supervisory experience
Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate complex and time-critical litigation support activities, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities
Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support
Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including, data processing environments, office automation, internet and server-based databases, and other applications, such as Relativity or other document review platforms
Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and resources
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience conducting searches, creating STRs, document review, creating coding layouts, and supervising document review in Relativity.
Trial experience very helpful.
Technology Assisted Review experience valued.
Paralegal experience helpful.
Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree.
Please note that the expected salary for this position is around $80,000.

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) to join our team on a highly visible cyber security single-award IDIQ vehicle that provides Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) support, cyber analysis, application development, and a 24x7x365 support staff.
The Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) is a U.S. Government program responsible to monitor, detect, analyze, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats and adversarial activity on the enterprise.The NOSC has primary responsibility for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents detected at the Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and Policy Enforcement Point (PEP) and is responsible for directing and coordinating detection and response activities performed by each Component SOC. Direction and coordination are achieved through a shared customer incident tracking system and other means of coordination and communication.
The Monitoring and Analysis team provide 24x7 support across 4 different shifts. We have front half shifts (day and night) and back half shifts (day and night). The front half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Sunday - Tuesday and alternating Wednesdays. The back half shift will work 12-hour shifts from Thursday - Saturday and alternating Wednesdays. Candidates must have the ability to work non-core hours, if necessary.
Duties include network security monitoring and detection, proactively searching for threats, inspecting traffic for anomalies and new malware patterns, investigating and analyzing logs, providing analysis and response to alerts, and documenting activity in NOSC investigations and Security Event Notifications (SENs).
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage and conduct hands-on technical detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and remediation as a member of the Incident Response team
Guide and mentor peers and subordinates to provide cross training
Ensure accountability and punctuality of security analysts assigned to your shift
Capture cybersecurity metrics that support executive-level briefings (daily, weekly, monthly)
Articulate daily challenges to the Government Watch Officer (GWO)
Analyze web and host logs for indications of compromise
Remediate and coordinate the remediation of infected or compromised devices
Ensure shift continuity during call-outs and emergencies
Compile incident reports, executive summaries, and analysis reports of intrusions and/or security events
Document and update processes, workflows, and technical guides
Perform simple firewall rule changes (after training)
Clearance Required:
Must have TS/SCI clearance to start. TS clearances candidates will be considered. Preference to candidates with current/active TS/SCI clearance.

The NISC IV Training Group (NTG) within the Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong experience in administration and configuration of Jira as well as technical writing.
The Systems Admin / Technical Writer role involves overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks for AST Jira projects, including project configuration, user account management, workflow optimization, script automation, conducting end-user training, and providing technical support as necessary.
Note : This is a remote position. However, the right candidate will be within a commutable distance to the office in Washington DC. This is necessary for customer site meetings.
Primary Responsibilities
Specific duties for the position include:
Proofreading documentation to ensure the accuracy of format, structure, proper semantic/syntactic use, spelling, and punctuation.

Leidos is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to join the National Airspace System Integration Support
Contract (NISC IV) team.
In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) performing construction oversight for projects in support of Project Engineers,
Contracting Officer's Representatives, and Contracting Officers. This position will report progress and issues against project goals, scope of work, and schedule. The projects support Air Traffic Control facilities over the eastern third of the continental United States plus the Caribbean.
This position requires 100% travel (full time, including weekends) with each assignment typically lasting weeks or months.
Construction Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure general contractor complies with FAA Environmental, Safety, and Health policies.
- Supervise construction of FAA projects on-site and provide quality assurance that completed work is
compliant the with the plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily records of work accomplished, personnel onsite, weather conditions and
other essential details.
- Act as point of contact and coordinate directly with the general contractor.
- Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule, review the general contractor's progress
reports, assess the progress, and inform all stakeholders.
- Discuss deviations from specified construction materials and procedures with project engineer.
- Mark up drawings to as-built conditions and submit these for review and updating.
- Participate in construction inspections, final inspections, and contract close-out activities.

The Service Asset Inventory Specialist position is responsible for the logistical management of IT asset records under the direction of the NEST SACM Manager. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the health of the hardware/asset records as well as any tasks related to the Service Level Agreements (SLA) associated to Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) performance for their center(s) of responsibility. The timeliness and accuracy referred to in this description is key to successful execution of this position and necessary for continued employment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Service Delivery personnel to ensure hardware reported to have been delivered to customers is what was delivered
- Ensure records housed in ServiceNow are accurate and complete.
- Confirm hardware existence, as well as location and state, in CostPoint is mirrored in ServiceNow.
- Communicate with end user to remediate any discrepancies in records.
- Support SACM analysts and Logistics in research and corrective actions
- Research methods to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Duties may include controlling the flow of assets and asset information between the point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements as well as ensure the execution and improvement of standard processes.
- Works to achieve day-to-day objectives to Identify, define and addresses problems which are not immediately evident but typically basic.
- Identifies and resolves problems insuring records housed in ServiceNow and Costpoint are accurate and complete.
- Confirm hardware asset existence, as well as location and state within CostPoint is mirrored in ServiceNow.
- Communicates with peers to explain facts, basic analysis, processes and practices related to area.
- Requires limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Utilizes limited knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Can provide high level of customer service communications in written and verbal form.

THE CHALLENGE: (primary responsibilities)
Prepare monthly close entries, ensuring that the journal entry is properly supported for audit purposes and properly recorded in the ledger.
Support with the accounting close process, including the review and recording of journal entries, and completion of account reconciliations.
Support ad hoc requests and projects within Operational Accounting and from other stakeholders, such as internal audit, external audit, government compliance, etc.
Review and process daily journal entries submitted by Program Finance community.
Possess the skills to identify and analyze issues, communicate upward and involve Leads/Managers (if needed), and hold meetings with stakeholders to resolve matters in a timely manner.
Willingness to volunteer for new projects, tasks, or ad-hoc duties; including but not limited to, Fixed Asset administration, reprimes (org restructuring), Balance Sheet Reconciliations (including administrative duties), Revenue Redistribution, Pass Thru Journal Entries.
Willingness to train new team members or customers from other departments on various topics
Become familiar with accounting policies to ensure compliance.

The International Space Station Organization at the Johnson Space Center requires additional Information Technology support with the NASA End User Services and Technologies (NEST) contract for their daily missions and end user demand.
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as single point of contact for coordinating orders and deploying and servicing NEST/GFE equipment (within contract limitations) within the organization.
