Seeking a Systems Engineer to support the Distributed Common Ground System, Navy (DCGS-N) Family of Systems (FoS) which includes DCGS-N INC 1 Block 1, DCGS-N INC 1 Block 2, DCGS-N INC2, the DCGS-N Enterprise Node (DEN), the Joint Concentrator Architecture (JCA) and the Intelligence Carry On Program (ICOP) and systems in development. DCGS-N is the Navy's premier Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) processing system.
The successful applicant will be a major contributor to intelligence software integration and testing in PMW-120's System Engineering Division.
The position will involve extensive application configuration and candidates should possess an administrator-level understanding of n-tier Enterprise applications (db, app server, and client) architecture/management as well as the capacity to follow detailed installation procedures.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will maintain the installed system i.e. patching, reinstallation etc.
Will act as the support engineer for the site, creating and maintaining user accounts the DoD and local security guidelines.
The ability to analyze, trouble shoot, and document issues that arise on the system.
Will need to coordinate/collaborate with the NIWCLant engineering team to solve, potentially develop and implement fixes.
Will work with the NIWCLant and local Information Assurance (IA) teams concerning vulnerabilities and scanning of the system.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in related field. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Ability to travel 15%.
Minimum of IAT II Certifications to meet DoD 8140 compliance: CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent) and training or vendor certifications in Windows, Linux, VMWare, Cisco (CCNP/CCNA)
Experience/training in a Linux, Windows 11 SHB and Windows Server 2019/22 SHB environments.
Ability to be approved for a Secret Clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Leidos Gibbs & Cox, currently has an opening for a Mid-Level Marine Mechanical Engineer to support the USCG Ship Design Team (CG-459). The mission of CG-459 is to provide complete lifecycle management of floating assets from concept design through delivery and sea trials. This position provides you the opportunity to contribute to the design and construction of new USCG acquisitions, including small boats, cutters, and icebreakers, directly alongside Coast Guard personnel. This position focuses on the development and review of Propulsion system designs for USCG assets.
Prefer candidates to be local to Washington, DC to enable onsite work at USCG Headquarters, 2 to 3 days per week. However, fully remote candidates will be considered.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide marine engineering support for both conventional and electric propulsion systems.
Provide engineering and technical support for review of shipyard engineering documentation packages.

The mission of CG-459 is to provide complete lifecycle management of floating assets from concept design through delivery and sea trials. Description
The Assembly Integration & Test Technician will be responsible for performing mechanical assembly of components into large rocket structures per NASA standards verified using Laser Tracker precision measurement. Performs fit-up and hand drilling using jigs and templates. Install fasteners including bolts, screws and hi-Loks. Applies touch-up paint and stencil paint using hand-held equipment. Measures parts and assemblies using standard and Leica laser measurement equipment utilizing Spatial Analyzer Software including scales, tape measures, calipers, and laser trackers. Reads and interprets drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Works as a team member and independently as required.

Your Main Goal:
The Senior Cloud Engineer will work closely with junior and journeyman cloud engineers to ensure that the Enterprise Business Solutions - Convergence Cloud Environment is configured, and hardware installed correctly to support the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) environment.
The Senior Cloud Engineer is considered an expert who is responsible forensuring that junior and journeyman cloud engineers conduct the administration and support of the network in both development and production system environments.

The Senior Cloud Engineer is responsible for the EBS-C system infrastructure, implementing best practices to Identify issues and recommend solutions that result in fixes for physical and the virtual systems.
Support duties may include updating and supporting systems by tuning performance, allocating storage space, implementing critical patches, reviewing systems performance logs to identifyanomalies, and troubleshooting issues.
Works with Junior and Journeyman Cloud Engineers to achieve daily goals for system performance, care, and maintenance of robust Cloud environment with an anticipation of improving the CI/CD agile software pipeline.
Will participate in daily scrums to discuss status of cloud network.
Responsible for coaching, training, and reviewing the work of lower-level Cloud Engineers on the EBS-C program.
Responsible for researching recommended solutions and understanding the impact on the CI/CD pipeline and conveying it to the internal EBS-C Team and customer counterparts.
Communicates with the Leidos project team, prime contractor technical personnel and ultimately Army customer.
Assists Junior and Journeyman personnel with tasks and assignments to develop and maintain a robust Microsoft Azure Cloud environment to allow for a CI/CD pipeline.
Regularly employs ingenuity and creativity to develop new solutionsfor both EBS-C development and production environments.

Your Main Goal:
Responsible for overall network engineering support for the EBS-C Development and Production environments including planning, designing, and evaluating components of the network.

Leidos has an opening for a Project Manager in the National Military Command Center located at the Pentagon Washington DC. TS/SCI is required; all work is onsite.
The candidate will lead and manage project planning, resourcing, supply, progress reporting, trouble-shooting and project team management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Solves technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible. Oversees and coordinates work performed by outside contractors. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management. Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. Develop Gantt chart to document project schedule and milestones. Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with a team of junior, senior and expert software developers in an agile SAFe environment to write and maintain source code for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment of the EBS-C system.
Creates and maintains EBS-C software applications and applies frameworks involved in a software release on a classified and unclassified cloud network.
Works independently and in collaboration with more senior software developers to work off requirements backlog and provide required deliverables.
Attends daily Scrum Team meetings to assess progress and plan out upcoming sprints.
Supports more senior software developers in defining Sprint requirements, creating story boards and refining deliverables.
Communicates and collaborates with other software developers, Database Administrators and Project Manager.
Reports to SME Software Developer and Leidos EBS-C Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Expertise in one or more programming languages is required.
Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of agile software development as applicable to EBS-C.
CompTIA Security+ or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Must be U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).

Knowledge of EBS-C -> Army enterprise resource system, army enterprise resource planning systems (GFEBS-SA, GCSS-A, IPPS-A, Vantage, SAAS-MOD, LMP, etc)
Conducted SAP/ERP migrations or other Software Applications to the Cloud.
Practical application of SAFe principles to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Your Main Goal:
Responsible for conducting and analyzingdevice scans and passive (non-intrusive) scanning, monitoring, and operating intrusion detection systems within the EBS-C development and production environments.
Responsible for configuring the development and production environments to comply with Security Technical Implementation Guide requirements.
Assists the EBS-C Cyber Security Team in achieving an ATO for the EBS-C systemusing the RMF process.
Achieves day-to-day goals for executing critical patches to the CI/CD environments.
Manages the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for the CI/CD pipeline.
Worksunder direct supervision of the Leidos project manager.
Communicates with Leidos Cyber security experts to obtain or provide information on the ATO and EBS-C System security posture.
Reports to Leidos EBS-C Project Manager
What Sets You Apart:
Requires aHS diploma and 2-4 years of prior relevant experience.
Requires basic understanding of all aspects of cyber security and their practical application to complex problems and situations ordinarily encountered within a cloud environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Requires CompTIA Security You Might Also Have:
Knowledge of EBS-C or other SAP/ERP migrations to the Cloud.
Knowledge of SAFe agile processes and CI/CD pipelines
Have previously applied STIGs and patches within a cloud environment.

Your Main Goal:
Responsible for overall network engineering support for the EBS-C Development and Production environments including planning, designing, and evaluating components of the network.
Duties include providing specifications for network architecture, evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance current capabilities, and performing needs assessments for the Continuous
Integration/Continuous Deployment network.
Support includes monitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of network equipment in both an IL4 and IL6 environment.
Works independently at the direction of the Solutions Architect to accomplish daily goals for maintaining the performance and security of the networks.
Develops solutions for the EBS-C networks that require collaboration with other technical experts on the team such as Software Developers, Database Administrators, Solution Architect and Project Manager. . Resolves technical problems that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge to support the EBS-C networks
Communicates and Collaborates with the Solutions Architect, Software Developers, 1901 group technical experts and Project Manager. . Reports to EBS-C Solution Architect and EBS-C Project Manager
What Sets You Apart:
BS degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Requires deep understanding of and ability to apply network principles, theories, and network concepts and has broad understanding of other related specialty areas as applicable to EBS-C.
