Summary You will serve as a Management Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will manage the fiscal year travel and training budget. You will coordinate with financial analyst and department government travel cardholders to collect statistical expenditure data and develop working spreadsheet to stay within fiscal guidelines. You will prepare travel orders and submit travel vouchers claims upon return including faxing of reimbursable travel receipts. You will maintain oversight of employee time and attendance entry certification within Navy ERP. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing administrative work by researching, analyzing, and collecting data for the use of preparation of reports. I have knowledge and experience using the Defense Travel System authorization and approval process. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Coordinating with financial analyst and department government travel cardholders to collect statistical expenditure data and develop spreadsheet within fiscal guidelines for budget requirements; 2) Processing, accounting, and updating records in payroll, purchase and travel cards; 3) Preparing travel orders and processes and submitting travel voucher claims upon return; 4) Maintaining department administration, such as recall list, instructions, time and attendance.
