Job Description

Looking for a motivated self-starter to join our project team that will touch all aspects of Unmanned Systems.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Experienced with Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and Management of Multiple Schedules

  • Document Library Organizing and Editing,

  • Fundamental document control discipline and storage.

  • Editing, reporting, and analyzing of project financial reports of labor, non-labor, and resource needs.

  • Provide operational/programmatic support, documentation review and analysis, and briefing preparation.

  • Display the ability and experience to interact with and coordinate tasks with the government customer and other contractors.

  • Prepare project briefings in Microsoft PowerPoint and information papers in Microsoft Word.

  • Support impromptu requests for the Program.

    Selected candidate will become part of the project team and individually and collaboratively produce reports and analysis to support customer and executive management demands.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance. #LI-MH1

Preferred Requirements

Competent in all MS Office Suite

  • MS Word

  • MS Excel (formula experience is desired)

  • MS Power Point

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
