Overview

The corporate eLearning Graphic Designer, reporting to the Director of Training & Learning will be responsible for the visual design and development of engaging, learner-centered training courses, modules and materials following the company's learning directives. At the direction of department leadership and in partnership with additional business units, this position will be responsible for creating content that provides continuity for training following the corporate vision. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience of our learners by bringing complex concepts to life through animations, graphics, and multimedia elements. The role requires a strong blend of artistic creativity and technical proficiency to design and deliver effective eLearning content.

This opportunity is based in Philadelphia, but Company WILL consider ALL remote candidates and those in other geographic areas are ENCOURAGED to apply .

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Develop custom graphics, illustrations, infographics and animated videos to support training materials.

  • Create visually engaging presentations for training modules and courses.

  • Integrate audio, video and interactive elements into eLearning materials to enhance engagement and comprehension.

  • Ensure all visual elements are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

  • Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with learning objectives.

  • Provide graphic enhancements and revisions to existing materials.

  • Attend training webinars when needed to provide technical support to Training & Learning facilitators.

  • Work closely with the LMS Specialist to ensure finished materials are authored as specified.

  • Actively participate and/or facilitate meetings as needed to support learning projects.

  • Stay current with industry trends related to multimedia elements in online training materials.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:

  • 3 years' experience designing online training videos and presentations.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

  • Proven experience in eLearning design and development, including the creation of animated videos and presentations with tools such as Powtoon or Vyond.

  • Proficiency in Adobe design software.

  • Familiarity with video editing, audio editing and handling voice-over files with software such as Adobe Audition or Audacity.

  • Excellent creative and artistic skills, including illustration and animation.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Solid project management skills including, planning work, managing details, keeping multiple task / projects on track, working with stakeholders and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.

Computer Skills:

  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office, Brainshark, Powtoon, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media platforms.

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

Anticipated salary range is $60,000-$70,000, but may vary based on location, education level, experience, and other objective factors.
