Candidate will be responsible for multiple applications and reports, so candidate will need to be able to multi-task.This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. Minimum of 1-3 days in the office based on business need.What you will be responsible forAs Information Security Administrator you willCreate and open accounts on various applications within SSC.Monitor day-to-day application reports to ensure all user ids are currentRespond in a timely manner to inquiries from operational business units and SAS help desk.Provide on the job training to new staff as necessary, including explanation of the controls that must be followed.Elevate unresolved issues/problems to management as appropriate.Maintain appropriate documents required for internal/external audits.Identify any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating proceduresSupport various client-facing applications, set up, training and resolving data integrity issues within specific timeframes.Performing daily processes accurately and in accordance with defined time frames and internal/client requirements.Participate in the daily phone support responsibilities of the team.May perform other duties as directed by managementWhat we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this roleAbility to work independently, and make good decisionsMust be able to trouble shoot problems, while adhering to the controls and procedures.Ability to work with macros and reporting systemsEducation and Preferred QualificationsExcellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communications skills, and detail oriented.Ability to work independently with minimal direction using Information Security program standards/controls as a basis for required activities.Ability to collaborate with multiple areas to accomplish completing requests and ensuring viable Information Security controls are in place.Associates degree or equivalent work experience with a focus in related fields preferred. 1-3 years of related experience.Experience with Macros preferred.Are you the right candidate?
