Responsibilities: Work involves most of the following. *Verifying materials (or merchandised against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages) *Routing materials to prescribed staging/storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods; *Managing and taking inventory of staged/storage materials; *Examining staged/stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; *Removing material from staged/storage and preparing it for shipment *Will operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties *Exclude worker whose primary duties involve shipping and receiving work, order filling, or operating forklifts Qualifications: *Valid Driver's License *Obtain and maintain a forklift license *Knowledge of the operation of hand or power trucks *Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook, and Word *Knowledge of logistics/supply procedures *Organizational skills *Current COVID-19 vaccination Physical Requirements: Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
