About the role:
Must come onsite 100% onsite in Arlington, VA
Compensation: $32/hr
4 month contract with potential for extension/conversion
Monday-Friday 9-5pm
Job Description
As a project coordinator you will: Deep dive current state SRM systems, tools, and mechanisms to map of existing capabilities across teams and stakeholders.
Develop current state mapping of SRM processes and conduct gap analysis.
Design and implement short-term mechanisms to improve visibility into and reporting of supplier screening and performance.
Develop and drive short/mid-term solutions for measuring performance, increasing screening while surfacing data for business cases to justify long-term
Qualifications
2-4+ years of program or project management experience
2-4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2-4+ years of supply chain experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Procurement discipline
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to leadership experience
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
