The eBusiness Catalog Operation Specialist will be responsible for the long-term health and satisfaction of eProcurement integrations. This role is an opportunity to collaborate with several cross-functional teams with a common goal: providing a best in class eBusiness catalog customer experience. This role adds value through analyzing participation trends, applying customer feedback to solutions, maintaining up to date eCatalogs and promoting omni-channel values. This associate will drive efficiencies to reduce operational costs for associates and customers, and continuously improve the S2S customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain customer Hosted and PunchOut catalogs to ensure best in class experience

  • Understand customer's eProcurement Software and their ordering experience at the subject matter expert level

  • Assist customer onboarding team by providing catalogs and pricing for new integrations

  • Utilize Trilogie and other internal programs to ensure customer account set up is accurate

  • Troubleshoot, document and prioritize catalog data and pricing issues

  • Continuously seek operational efficiency improvements to the customer maintenance process

  • Monitor customer feedback and participation of eProcurement integrations at regular intervals to assess customer adoption

  • Analyze customer adoption trends and apply findings to improvement opportunity projects

  • Critically think about customer feedback and implement improvement solutions as warranted

  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively manage details; address and resolve customer issues promptly

  • Collaborate with several cross-functional teams daily

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers

  • Participate in various improvement projects related overall customer experience, both internal and external, to increase customer adoption

Preferred Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements

  • Knowledge of eProcurement technologies and Trilogie a plus

  • Strong time management skills and Excel skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay Range:

$3,600.00 - $5,866.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
