About REMAN
We produce Caterpillar generator sets using CAT Reman engines, providing a competitive differentiation from new generator sets. We operate independently of most Caterpillar systems while leveraging the footprint, technical and commercial strengths of a global company. The successful candidate will manage a variety of manufacturing engineering and product support activities in support of our generator set business.
About the role:
This Project Engineer role supports sourcing of generator set production, technical support to third party packagers and customer inquiries through our global sales team. It will also engage in a variety of market-driven projects such as development of new offerings, product options and sources of supply.
What you will do:
Lead projects to expand product offering and improve product cost
Provide technical support to a global sales team
Provide technical and operational support for generator set packaging
Capture as-built data enabling dealer support activities and warranty
What you will have:
Working knowledge of electric power gensets
Strong communication skills
Experience collaborating across teams
4 year degree
Top Candidates Will Have:
Background in electric power generator set engineering
Experience collaborating across business units or with outside parties
Bachelor's or advanced Engineering degree
