As a Wear Senior Parts & Services Consultant at Caterpillar Inc., you will lead and provide expertise in the development and implementation of global marketing and sales strategies for the Wear Construction Industries Services division's. You will own the Global Wear Strategy, supporting the achievement of the Wear Sales Annual Business Plan (ABP) with regional sales execution teams. Collaborating with various product groups, you will drive the transformation of the Wear business by leveraging New Services Development (NSD). Your role includes achieving global parts sales targets, developing and executing strategies for Customer Value Agreements (CVA) and e-commerce, leading dealer workshops, and conducting customer roadshows across multiple regions. You will also analyze market trends, establish performance metrics, and ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead Global Marketing and Sales Strategies : Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing and sales strategies for the Wear Construction Industries Services division. Ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives and drive the achievement of the Wear Sales Annual Business Plan (ABP) in collaboration with regional sales execution teams.

  • Own and Execute the Global Wear Strategy: Take full ownership of the Global Wear Strategy, focusing on key strategic pillars such as, Cutting Edges, Customer Value Agreements (CVA), and digital campaigns. Work closely with product groups including Parts, Services and Logistics Division (PSLD), Excavation division (EMD), Excavation division (EXD), and Building Construction Products division (BCP) to transform the Wear business through New Services Development (NSD).

  • Achieve Sales and Business Plan Targets : Develop and execute strategies to achieve global parts sales-to-user (STU) target for Wear parts. Drive the achievement of active CVA and e-commerce ABP goals, ensuring the successful execution of sales plans and initiatives across all regions.

  • Lead Dealer Workshops and Customer Roadshows : Organize and lead global workshops for GET dealers, providing training and expertise to enhance their sales capabilities. Conduct customer roadshows in key regions (America North, LATAM) to showcase Wear products and solutions, and gather valuable customer feedback.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization : Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Establish metrics to monitor and review the effectiveness of existing marketing strategies and suggest necessary interventions for continuous improvement. Ensure that all marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with the overall business objectives.

  • Strategically collaborate with Global Account and Managed Account for Wear parts growth.

What You Have (Basic Qualifications):

  • Experience requirement: Candidate must have progressive and extensive experience and one or more of the following: Customer/dealer facing roles, earthmoving construction equipment, product marketing and/or commercial.

  • Service Excellence: Demonstrated experience in delivering price realization targets and launching new products. Proven ability to provide high-quality marketing recommendations and ensure service excellence in all aspects of the role.

  • Customer Focus: Strong advocate for the customer and the enterprise, with a deep understanding of industry and product knowledge. Experience in the NPI/NSD process and working with price/value analysis and disconnects to meet customer needs effectively.

  • Consulting: Exceptional consulting skills with the ability to influence and achieve challenging goals across the global Caterpillar enterprise. Proficient in working with team dynamics and interpersonal relationships to drive successful outcomes.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong leadership capabilities with a broad business background. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the organization's goals. Outstanding communication skills to articulate and advocate for strategic priorities.

Under general supervision, directly supports the fabrication and machining of structures. Position will utilize tooling, fixtures, handling systems, safety, quality checks, inspection, ergonomics, and other duties as assigned.

Uses various tools provided in the work area to perform machining duties including but not limited to:

  • Safely load/unload structures and perform advanced quality checks at the advanced machining cells.

  • Operate the advanced machining center, following standard work instructions

  • Ability to perform perishable/durable cutting tool setup, maintenance and replacement of inserts, drills, taps as needed

  • Ability to perform TPM, basic error recovery, pallet change, tool changer, and error trouble shooting

  • Inspects own work quality utilizing gages, micrometers, etc.

  • Make basic machine program changes

Job Responsibility

  • Use of lifting devices to move heavy components of weights of more than 35 lbs to position heavy fabricated metal components in machining fixtures.

  • Basic rework by changing a single axis offset at assigned home cell

  • General knowledge of manufacturing, methods, and processes

  • Rotation to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities

  • Ability to perform routine maintenance (TPM, Coolant Concentration)

  • Rotation to various positions within the Job Function area to perform related activities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods

  • Willing and able to perform repetitive operation

  • Willing and able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Required Qualifications

Position Information:

  • 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM (flexed hours as needed to support off-shift).

Role Summary:

A CAD/CAM Programmer plays a crucial role within engineering, manufacturing, and construction environments by creating technical plans and drawings using specialized software. They transform conceptual designs into precise and detailed schematic drawings, crucial for the accurate construction, production, or engineering of products and structures.

What you will do (includes but not limited to):

  • Use CAD/CAM software (Creo preferred) to model CAD files for manufacturing.

  • Understand and able to use CAD software to model, design and manufacture tooling.

  • Create Toolpath G-code programs using CAM software for manufacturing.

  • Help setup cutting material as needed and generate tool setup sheet for manufacturing instructions.

  • Strong understanding of speed and feed rates for cutting various materials; aluminum, steel, plastic and wood.

  • Knowledgeable on cutting tools capability and help to maintain the tool library.

  • Competently interface with CNC display panels and run machine.

  • Able to manually create G-code programs for 2 and 3-axis CNC machine on the equipment as needed.

  • Associate's degree in Machine Technology or equivalent relevant experience with CAD and CAM machining.

  • Understand and follow all safety procedures and protocol when operating machining equipment.

  • Experiences with CAD/CAM software (Creo).

  • Experience how to run and support manual and automatic lathes, vertical milling machines and CNC equipment.

  • From an execution perspective, you will:

  • Execute the facility's Monthly Sales and Operations Planning Process. This requires analyzing key inputs including sales forecasts, dealer inventory, facility capacity, and other factors to generate an achievable production plan which optimizes customer sales, product availability, and operational efficiency for the facility.

  • Create and maintain the facility Build Schedule which must consider assembly constraints, a diverse product mix, manpower availability, seasonal considerations, new product introductions, and near-term sales opportunities.

  • Coordinate the Worldwide Executive Product Program (EPP) for SWL responsible for analyzing scenarios and developing Action plans to reach target utilization coordinating with Business Resources, Operations, Marketing and others.

  • Own responsibility for Phase in and Phase Out activities for NPI as it pertains to final production of models phasing out and the ramp up for models phasing in

  • From the Supervise and Lead perspective:

  • Lead a team of three members that perform the functions of Engineering Changes, Dealer Kitting, Attachment Forecasting, and Order Slotting and Management. As their leader you will develop a deep technical understanding of these job roles.

- Be a safety leader within Command for Hauling operations within the Mine Site.

- Implement and maximize Autonomous Haulage System performance.

- Work on projects to ensure continuous improvement for mining operations within MineStarR.

- Become a trusted advisor for the customer through close collaboration internally and externally.

- Support and advise autonomous haulage system Supervisors, Builders, Controllers and Pit Technicians in all aspects of MineStarR performance, including minimizing downtime.

- Provide technical support to MineStarR Command System on-board maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.

- Support hardware and software installation and configuration through establishing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.

- Measure, benchmark and report on MineStarR Command System performance, and suggest opportunities for improvements.

- Develop best practices and improve processes related to autonomous mining dispatch systems.

- Training program is tailored to the individual, which may include classroom training, on-the-job training and mentoring.

Job Summary :

As a Design Engineer in the Power Electronics and Motors area, you will by joining a rapidly growing team on the cutting edge of electric drive technology. You will have the unique opportunity to direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of rotating electrical components.

You will be responsible for the coordination and execution of mechanical and electrical design and development efforts to support various types of electrification projects. This person will provide technical guidance to local SEM operators and training and troubleshooting to SEM operators in other facilities.   • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of machinery tools in an industrial environment OR successful completion of an approved, field-related college/technical school program, a machine repair apprenticeship, military training, or equivalent.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of complex machine tools to meet customers' needs.

  • Ability to read and interpret machine mechanical prints and hydraulic schematics.

Job Summary:

Manages a few quality-related modules in Caterpillar's EtQ system, including PPAP (Production Parts Approval Process) and PCN (Process Change Notification) module. This individual is responsible for the tool maintenance, continuous improvement, training, and support initiatives. Cybersecurity Standards Compliance Manager

The Cybersecurity Standards Compliance Manager leads day to day operations of Caterpillar's Enterprise Cybersecurity Compliance function. The ideal candidate will directly serve the business customer and have responsibility to maintain and continuously improve the service. The chosen candidate will guide the team to enhance current operations and lead transformational efforts supporting the end customer through the risk management lifecycle.

  • Effectively lead and motivate a team of 5-10 resources, to perform to their highest potential by serving as a strong leader and role model.

  • Deliver cybersecurity and controls expertise for the advancement, execution and sustainability of the Cyber Compliance Management program, processes and supporting tools.

  • Support development of compliance processes. workflows and procedures to support service-level agreements to ensure that security controls are managed and maintained.

  • Effectively collaborate with cyber governance and risk teams in efforts to integrate activities of the overall GRC team.

  • Analyze, management and review of cyber controls to ensure that specific security and compliance requirements are met through the verification of documented processes, procedures, and standards to validate maintenance of secure configurations.

  • Support the business in developing risk mitigation plans to enhance monitoring of the control or process.

  • Foster collaborative working relationships with security stakeholders acrossCaterpillar and guide the team to provide exceptional customer experience.

  • Manage cyber compliance project planning and execution, communications, metrics and reporting with timelines and deliverables.

  • Establish appropriate goals and objectives for the team in alignment with the Cybersecurity strategy and in support of overall organization goals.

  • Regularly review and gain insights from data and key performance metrics.
