What you will do:

As a Paint Material Planner, you will plan, track, and monitor paint supplier material deliveries as well as prepare inventory reports and determine quantities and order date for paint materials needed. You will analyze and develop logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory among other duties as assigned.

You will work directly with Paint Operations including performing periodic cycle counts of inventory. Approximately 50% of your time will be working in the shop and 50% will be in office support role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree (current enrollment in an accredited 4-year college degree program at a Junior-level status is considered equivalent to a 2-year degree) or 2 years of related experience in Materials Operations, Packaging or Planning.

  • Must have intermediate proficiency (Basic skills/knowledge. Capable of functioning independently) in Microsoft Excel

  • At least 3 years of inventory management experience

Top Candidates will also have:

  • At least 2 years of manufacturing experience

  • Supply chain experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Pivot Tables

  • Intermediate proficiency in SAP

  • At least 2 years of production planning experience

  • At least 2 years of material planning experience

  • Vendor management experience

Additional Information:

  • This is a 1st shift Monday-Friday role with off-shift support and occasional weekend as needed. Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs.

  • Entry pay is $25.96/hour.
