We are currently looking for a Sales Representative in Williston, North Dakota. As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for all aftermarket sales in the area and assist with flow iron/pump services. Delivering the business plan, assisting with product growth, and minimizing the impact of customer concerns.
JOB DUTIES:
Acts as a sales and service liaison. Primary focus on pressure pumping completion equipment; flow iron, pumps, and related services.
Assists in developing and implementing customer solutions including marketing plans, sales coverage, new product roll-out, local account needs and pricing issues.
Grows product & services sales through increased participation in business opportunities.
Generates profit throughout the customer and product lifecycle.
Builds and maintains partnerships with end users via focus on customer satisfaction, by ensuring fair-value and regular post-sale customer services.
Resolves issues and provides conflict and problem resolution.
Leads product problem management.
Provides information to the engineering team.
Assists warranty administration.
Regularly interface with customers to minimize the commercial impact of customer complaints.
Focuses on complaint velocity and problem resolution in all work streams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years prior experience in field assignments, Oil & Gas industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge in pressure pumping, completions, flow iron and positive displacement pumps.
Must possess a valid driver license and have the ability to travel thought out the sales area.
Top candidates will also have:
Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
Good communication with others in the work group, dealer personnel and customers.
Incumbents will have demonstrated the ability to work on increasingly more complex assignments and provide direction to lower-level reps on project assignments.
Familiar with the company's processes, systems, and methodologies.
Direct their development and continual learning through experience and staying abreast of technology changes.
Proficient understanding of new sales and service profit streams.
Additional Information:
Will be required to travel to client's facilities within the designated sales area(North Dakota, Eastern Montana, and Northern Wyoming).
Must be willing to travel 50%.
