Description
The CBP Service Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the service team adheres to our CBP service contract agreements while communicating and guiding the field service operations team to achieve our metric goals for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Service Coordinators work with Program Managers to increase efficiency in all aspects of service operations such as service technician on-site response times, parts requisitioning, and quality of system repairs/maintenance.
The Service Program Coordinator will perform the following:
Assist the CBP Program Manager proposal preparation and approval actions for proposal submittal.
Execute to the technical, cost and schedule as defined in the proposal and final contract.
Communicate contract requirements to functional teams via regular project meetings.
Manage daily contract activities and requirements.
Coordinate and monitor program activities related to Leidos, our business partners and third parties involved.
Coordinate and monitor the customer furnished requirements.
Assist the CBP Program Manager with customer acceptance of equipment during both warranty and service contract transitions.
Upon transition to product support, monitor product system field reliability to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Lead and coordinate special projects awarded by the customer that fall outside the larger, routine maintenance program scope.
Travel is expected to ensure our project ad contractual commitments are on schedule at various seaports and border crossings throughout the U.S.
Although travel is planned primarily within the U.S. their may be some potential international travel within the Americas regions.
Basic Qualifications:
Combined 4+ years experience either doing project/program management or interfacing with service teams in a service operations role.
Previous experience with non-intrusive scanning/ inspection equipment performing or managing field service work.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a valid state driver's license
Must have a valid U.S. passport and able to obtain a TSA TWIC credential
Must be able to pass an in-depth DHS/CBP background check

Pay Range:
Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00
