Throughout each placement, as a Rotational Compliance Analyst, you will build on your ability to establish customer and colleague relationships, work with talented people and experts, engage and influence others, understand and shape business analytics and information, solve complex problems and communicate effectively. You will be asked to apply lessons learned to new challenges and apply problem solving techniques to innovate our ways of working. In this role, you will:

Rotate between the following roles: HR Compliance Analyst II, Internal Audit Analyst II, Assurance Analyst II.

HR Compliance Analyst II

  • Support affirmative action program and government reporting, to include auditing AA requirements, data collection and creation of training materials.

  • Collaborate on the review of HR policies to determine prioritization, propose changes to align with industry and Serco best practices, and rollout updates.

  • Stay abreast of changes in HR legal/regulatory requirements by conducting research, interpreting, and providing summaries to relevant stakeholders.

  • Partner with Legal, Total Rewards, Payroll and other teams as needed for data reporting, process changes and regulation implementation.

  • Support the team with various projects & initiatives such as AAP audits, vendor evaluations and state regulation implementation.

  • Maintain a highly diverse and fast-paced workload that may include a variety of tasks, efforts, or projects.

Internal Audit Analyst II

  • Perform audits of our Program Management over customer contracts.

  • Perform audits over a variety of Corporate functions or cross-functional processes.

  • Research issues and make recommendations to improve processes where applicable.

  • Document audit workpapers and results of audit procedures in the company's audit software.

  • Perform data analytics as part of audit procedures.

  • Prepare various audit reports.

  • Assist in monthly tracking of outstanding management actions.

Assurance Analyst II

  • Assist in the identification of emerging risks in the daily operation of the business.

  • Support in the oversight divisional compliance frameworks, policies, tools, and techniques to support risk and compliance management.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

  • Partner with all 2 nd line assurance areas to identify trends.

  • Aid in the oversight of compliance with the Serco Management System policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.

  • Assist in tracking audit findings to closure.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 3-5 years of analyst, compliance, internal audit, or related experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.

  • Passion for learning with a wide degree of creativity and curiosity.

Additional desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field of study is preferred.
