Part Time Executive Assistant (20-29 hours/week. Monday - Friday, 9 AM- 2 PM)
Description:
- Assist in scheduling and/or arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, etc. and maintain calendar of events and schedules for the CEO, Executives and Board.
- Record minutes of requested meetings and disseminate meeting materials.
- Serve as receptionist, receiving visitors and guests to the credit union in a professional, courteous manner.
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the corporate office and branches.
- Handle all aspects of Facilities.
- Manage and coordinate employee logo wear orders and invoicing.
- Schedule and organize activities and events such as Annual Meeting, Strategic Planning Meeting, employee events, and other organization activities.
- Complete BSA and required compliance training with a passing score.
