Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.
Essential Functions:
Provide general administrative support to employees including email correspondence, generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes
Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via Teams
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees
Compile expense reports within Concur
Take and deliver messages, provide information to callers, distribute and route mail, packages and paperwork
Order and oversee office supplies and food deliveries for group meeting
Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory
Plan and coordinate employee events
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations
Make recommendations for process improvements
Work overtime when necessary
Work a full 9 -hour shift sitting or standing on-site
Walk 2-10% of the day
Perform tasks in quiet or noisy environments
May require some lifting of materials (1- 35lbs)
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Knowledge/experience in Microsoft Suite (excel, PowerPoint, word, outlook, etc.)
Experience planning and coordinating events
Must be able to read, write, type, and speak in English

Ability to communicate on matters involving complex assignments, solving problems, and initiating process improvement
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $63,500 - $118,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
