Job Description:
Quality Technician will inspect incoming hardware in accordance with the applicable specifications /drawing requirements and review Supplier documentation. Technician will identify and document non-conformances. Technician will utilize measurement gauges, inspection instruments, microscopes to perform inspections. Works autonomously. May act as a mentor to lower-level peers and provide guidance on tasks.
Essential Functions:
Perform mechanical and electrical hardware inspection on incoming material
Verification of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing against engineering drawings
Utilize measurement devices tools such as Calipers, Height Gauge, Optical Comparator, micrometers, scales and dimensional measurement systems
Utilize surface plates, precision measuring tools, gauges (blocks) and other mechanical inspection tools/tooling
Access drawings and inspection instructions; document non-conformances
Visual inspections of hardware using a microscopes and magnifying lens
Review Supplier documentation for adherence to Quality Clauses and Drawing Notes
Initiate nonconformance report describing and photographing discrepancies
Makes recommendations for solutions and uses knowledge and experience to resolve issues
Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Experience in Mechanical inspections utilizing inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, surface plate, electronic and mechanical height gages, comparator)

This requisition is looking to fill a Program Manager vacancy on the Stargate Pegasus program. In this role, the individual will be responsible for all phases of all programs from inception through completion including driving program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. The individual will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance, participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes, and assist in the coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. Additionally, the individual will monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, including the program milestone payment plan.
