Leidos seeks an experienced, professional Program Administrative Support to support a senior Government officer. A successful candidate needs to be a high energy, forward thinking, analyst and planner with executive-level experience, familiarity with Government and Front Office operations, and the ability to function independently and as part of a team. What You'll Be Doing
Provide administrative or executive assistance support for select senior staff.
Provide task management assistance and workflow assistance.
Support meeting, conference, workshop, and training events. This may include, drafting agendas, minutes, and other documentation.
Provide travel coordination and logistics. Provide travel and transportation support and related services in the areas of planning and scheduling foreign and domestic travel itineraries, booking reservations, obtaining tickets, and arranging for government or commercial transportation using the Defense Travel System (DTS). When necessary for foreign travel, transmit country clearances using the DoD Foreign Clearance Guide and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS).
Security administration, information security, and physical security.
Support the preparation of reviews, briefings (includes preparing and revising briefing slides), and presentations to senior department leadership and interdepartmental committees, as well as other government and non-government officials.
Provide quick reaction support to include associated papers, briefings, and slides.
Manage the development of documents and maintain configuration control using DoD CIO standard templates, while coordinating inputs from multiple subject matter experts.
Support the correspondence management process to include all aspects of mail operations and electronic workflow tools (e.g., Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)). Draft plans, reports, presentations directives, correspondence, and other documents.
Support senior executive and directorate level calendar management and ensure that background/readahead materials are prepared in support of upcoming meetings and activities. Such assistance will also include providing routine security and administrative support such as access control to DoD CIO classified spaces, greeting office visitors, according to priority.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of relevant DoD, operations and/or business experience.
Active Secret DoD clearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
