KBR's Defense Systems Engineering Division is seeking a Senior Training System Analyst to support Program Executive Office, Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons in Patuxent River, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position, you will serve as a Senior Training Systems Analyst providing support to the Training Integrated Product Team at PMA-262 in support of MQ-4C Triton. This position will provide technical and management support for new developments relating to training requirements for operators and maintenance personnel for the MQ-4C Triton UAS. This position will prepare and report on briefs, point papers, meetings/conferences and budget reviews.
Analyze and develop training systems, courseware, and curriculum requirements, including the development and review of Instructional System Development (ISD) programs. Plan, develop, and execute the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) strategies and program roadmaps for supported training systems.
Conduct acquisition planning for supported training systems. Provide analysis and recommendations on measures of effectiveness for supported training systems. Develop program milestones and management resource control procedures to ensure training systems stay within budget. Provide planning and input for outyear funding and work with Program financial managers to coordinate the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) requirements input.
Critical to this role is the ability to facilitate teamwork between the IPTs, functional competencies, adjunct Program Offices, Partner Countries, Foreign Military Sales Customers, and contractor organizations to ensure that all training systems, courseware, and curriculum will meet customer expectations. Coordinate Training IPT risk and opportunities program
Serves as a formal, but limited, supervisor of team members
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Clearance & Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret-level security clearance. The Applicant selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in developing training systems for military aircraft. Experience with unmanned aircraft is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline from an accredited US institution.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
MA/MS in Management
Experience and knowledge of MQ-4C Triton Integrated Functional Capability (IFC)-4
2 years experience in Navy Training Planning Process Methodology (TRPPM) for Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) analysis adhering to MIL-PRF-29612
2 years experience utilizing the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool
