As the Talent Development Specialist for the Caterpillar Electrification & Advanced Power Solutions Division , your contributions will help further accelerate the development and delivery of services and solutions to support Caterpillar's commitment to a reduced-carbon future and to help our customers achieve their climate-related goals. Hybrid Flexibility:
This position is located in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Peoria, IL, or Mossville, IL but alternative work locations near a Caterpillar facility may be considered. This position is a hybrid role, providing flexibility and freedom to work from a location away from the office, while also enabling the opportunity to collaborate in person as needed.

As the Talent Development Specialist, you will find yourself accomplishing a wide variety of fun, challenging, and meaningful work, including:
Plan, coordinate and manage division-wide processes that help develop and engage a high-performing team based on current and future talent needs. Follow the enterprise mission and vision while customizing based on division needs and preferences.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or a combination of equivalent experience and professional education
3+ years of progressive human resource experience with a blend of experience across HR business partner and talent roles
Strong data analytical skills
Strong project and process management skills
Demonstrated skills and proficiency in the following areas: enterprise point of view, collaboration across matrix organization, ability to influence effectively at multiple levels of an organization, strong teamwork and proven skills communicating effectively
Proven ability to be creative and innovative, able to consider both traditional and non-traditional approaches to human resource management.
Top Candidates will also have:
HR certifications
Experience with Workday HCM
Awareness and expertise in a variety of human resources areas
Excellent influencing skills
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills at all levels in the organization
Systems thinker, where understand all the connections and integration points through the entire talent management lifecycle
