Job Description

  • Maintaining advanced engineering and manufacturing facilities in WI & IL.

  • Exchanging product, process and bench marking information with sister units.

  • Continually improving processes, material, and designs to ensure every product exceeds customer specifications while providing unparalleled value.

Accurately set-up and Operate Secondary Operations Equipment (Thread Rolling, Grooving, Bumping/Slotting)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Set-up and operate grooving machines.

  2. Ability to read/use Calipers and Micrometers.

  3. Maintain and troubleshoot all equipment as needed. (Keep clean).

  4. Ability to use forklift to move products in and out of area as needed.

  5. Fill out proper paperwork.

  6. Follow all safety rules.

  7. All other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Continuous movement of material may result in cluttered conditions. Extreme caution at all times, due to fork trucks in and out of the area. Requires standing, bending and lifting up to 40 pounds. Very warm and humid in the summer months and cold by the dock doors in the winter.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or G.E.D. desired.

Must have good organizational skills and be able to work on more than one task at a time.

Must be mechanically inclined.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must have good mathematical skills.

Employee relations:

Must facilitate good working relationships with all team members, co-workers and management.
