Responsible for conducting process and product training courses for our channel partners, sales team, educators, and end-user customers to improve their individual and organizational effectiveness to sell or utilize the ITW welding products. The individual will lead both individually and as part of a team to develop and update individual learning paths for channel partners and support updating and development of training collateral needed to achieve industry leading results from the training courses.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Training Advisor for the region, understands the distributors and sales teams' key business initiatives and goals. Establishes strategic training plans to address their needs, plans, confirms, creates, and executes learning opportunities to grow channel partners, end user customers, and sales teams.
Conduct effective delivery of training course content through a combination of methods, including virtual, webinar, video, e-learning, classroom, and hands on facilitation to meet each course's objective.
Regional Trainers are subject matter experts in welding processes, and welding products that work with all ITW Welding divisions to deliver training to Distributors, Educators, and Industrial Customers. Key training attributes include, value proposition, markets served, key features that address customer needs, and product set-up and operation.
Coordinate training sessions through regular communication with the sales team to understand training needs in the market and develop a schedule of courses that fit the needs of the market.
Develop new courses on markets and core products. Collaborate with sales team and divisional personnel to assess formal and informal training needs, determine training objectives, course design, and ensure proper topics and collateral are used during training.
Develop industry leading training materials in partnership with Product Managers and Marketing and Sales Team. Collateral may include multimedia resources and online tools, PowerPoints, pdfs, etc.
Own the customer learning experience, train, inspire, and build brand advocacy.
Manage the training facility to ensure it is equipped to support a safe and positive training experience for customers and visitors.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employee work practices.
Partner with other functions to assess and identify training gaps (strengths and weaknesses) and develop a training plan to meet the needs of our business partners
Partner with others to maintain current classroom materials and teaching aids to keep courses up to date with current processes and products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication skills applied when working cross-departmentally and with customers.
Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
Tactful in their approach, can be direct as well as diplomatic. Can handle conflict effectively with high personal confidence and ability to be assertive when necessary.
Knowledge of instructional design theory, learning principles, traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
Represent ITW by supporting core values: Integrity, Respect, Trust, Shared Risk, and Simplicity
Competency in common computing technologies, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe PDF etc.
Technical aptitude required, and welding experience preferred.
Ability to be concise in delivering a presentation while meeting the learning objectives
Proven ability to develop a plan to meet objectives.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation, and solid decision-making abilities.
Travel to regional training facilities to deliver classroom training, 40-60% estimated travel.

Assembles, installs and aligns dies in press according to specifications.
Adjusts ram stroke to specified height.
Positions work pieces against fixtures or stops on machine bed or on die.
Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction.
Inspects works pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors. Isolates non-conforming product.
Cleans and lubricates machines and maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Thread metal strip from payout reel though pinch rollers or loads hopper or conveyor with metal blanks.
5S Duties
Complete all required paperwork, Label, scan, and move product per specifications and completion of LPA's.
Contributes to team effort by focusing on continuous improvement and success for the entire team.

A Bachelor's degree in technical or related field preferred.
At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations, with supervisory responsibilities.
Background in safety and environmental areas desired.
Strong interpersonal abilities, communication to all levels and customer service skills are a must.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Must be organized.
Proficient computer knowledge required.
Must possess the ability to count and make simple arithmetic additions, subtractions, multiplications and divisions
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and uninvolved written or oral instructions.

We seek a 3rd shift Machine A Operator to join our Manufacturing Department at our Solon, OH location. The hours of this position are 11:00pm - 7:00am Sunday - Thursday
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, or closing containers.
Responsible for minor adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, maintenance, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.
Organizes and performs job in accordance with bills of material and routing instructions.
Responsible for quality inspection of goods to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
Ability to identify problems and assist in troubleshooting.
Assists in training of new operators and assists other teams as needed.
Promotes and follows all safety guidelines and procedures.
Recommends safety improvements as needed.
Forklift/Tow motor experience required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Pay rate: $18-$20 depending on skill set and experience. 3rd shift receives a $1/hr shift differential on top of hourly rate.
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years previous experience as a Machine Operator in a Manufacturing environment
Previous experience working with filling and packaging lines and/or consumer products
Able to lift at least 65 pounds occasionally
Able to stand for 6-8 hours per day

Job Description
We seek a Chemical Mixer to join our Manufacturing team on 2nd Shift at our Solon, OH facility. The hours for this position are from 3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Primary responsibilities include:
Manufacturing material according to batch cards and mixing work instructions
Cleaning mixing equipment per work instructions at scheduled intervals
Monitoring integrity of mixes and shutting down operation if out of compliance
Assisting in training of new mixers and assisting other lines as needed
Computer experience and lift truck experience are required, must be able to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions
Physical demands will include but are not limited to: constant standing and walking throughout shift, occasional lift/push/pull up to 65 pounds, climbing in/out of pots for cleaning, occasionally required to kneel, crouch, squat, twist.
Promoting and following all safety guidelines and procedures, and recommending safety improvements as needed
Maintain housekeeping at all times.
Additional duties as required.
Pay Range: $21 - $25 depending on skill set and experience. Plus $.50 an hour extra for 2nd shift differential.

Primary Objective:

Summary: Ensure efficient machine operation to produce quality product while working safely and meeting delivery expectations to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly/or molding machine and auxiliary equipment.
- Inspect assembled or molded parts/assemblies as processed per work instructions
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Trouble-shoot and repair minor machine problems
- Restart machine after repair or notify Automation Technician if repair is unsuccessful
- Package parts per work instructions
- Responsible for notifying Line Leads, Quality Inspector, Automation Technician and/or Supervisor of any and all defects detected
- Responsible to maintain assigned workstation in an organized and clean manner
- Must remain at workstation unless on break/lunch or authorized by the correct chain of command
- Must complete daily an accurate production report recording scrap and produced parts
- Remove any old labels from gaylords, boxes, and labels
- Other duties may be assigned.
Material Tools: hand tools: trim knives, plastic cutters, steel wool, soft or mesh gloves
Assembly and accessory equipment attached to the performance of a specific part such as cooling fixture, heat gun, and grinders
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 1year previous work experience preferred
- Operator in Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform duties independently or in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including shift, overtime and weekends

Summary: Ensure proper storage in the warehouse of totes, skids, parts, plus arranging shipments to the designated areas for loading of daily truck routes.
Responsibilities:
. Ensure finished product is properly moved and stored as needed
. Group all empty boxes from warehouse, stack wooden skids safely, wrap and put in racks
. Assist in other areas of warehouse as needed.
. Ensure all product is put away in areas of assigned designation by shift
. Designate area and setup parts for daily truck routes.
. Assist as needed, sorting through totes in tote room
. Assist Material Handlers as needed
. Completes any work duties as assigned

Required Experience:

As a key member of the finance team, the Accounting Manager reports to the Division Controller and holds responsibility over all accounting activities for the division. The Accounting Manager is responsible for driving the timely preparation of financial statements, reviewing, and monitoring internal controls, preparation of budgets and reporting of financial results to the appropriate level within the organization. The Accounting Manager manages a team of five and, as the local business partner, builds effective relationships to achieve division results, goals, and objectives. Primary Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Reporting
Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the organization.
Prepare or direct preparation of financial statements, business reports, annual budgets and/or reports required by corporate and/or regulatory agencies.
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close in strict accordance with ITW Financial reporting policies (USGAAP).
Effectively communicate and coordinate the exchange of financial information to key stakeholders (global finance team and local leadership team).
Advise management team on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions; prepare ad-hoc analyses for local and Division management for use in decision making.
Support Division Controller and leadership team to achieve division goals and objectives.
Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes along with monthly outlook updates for US units.
Financial Records, Systems, Processes & Internal Controls
Manage compliance to accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Direct and manage Inventory, including a full understanding of the BOM's and Product Costing, along with the Annual Standard Cost update, A/P, Banking Activities, Corporate Credit Cards, Fixed Asset, Payroll, and other administrative activities as assigned.
Support ERP Management.
Understand and apply ITW financial policies consistently and effectively. Ensures that accurate financial records and strong internal controls are in place and being followed.
Document and monitor internal controls. Ensures that transactions are recorded in an efficient and timely manner.
Coordinate internal and external audits as well as other corporate requests.
Financial Analysis / Continuous Improvement
Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed. Perform analytical reviews of data and explains variances against plan, outlook, and prior year.
Apply the ITW Principles to eliminate complexity and improve profitability of the company. Participate in teams and play a lead role in the collection and analysis of data for these projects.

Primary Objective:
The Revenue Accountant is a key member of the accounting team of the MTS Test & Simulation division headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is responsible for performing accurate and timely revenue accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Test & Simulation revenue accounting is highly complex, including long-term contracts; a broad portfolio of equipment and service revenue streams; intercompany accounting between subsidiaries in U.S., Asia and Europe; and point-in-time and over time (percentage of completion) recognition methods. The ERP system and the necessary Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls are equally complex. Wide-ranging exposure includes execution of revenue recognition policies and procedures, general ledger accounting, intercompany revenue recognition, audit documentation, SOX controls, cross-functional collaboration, and month-end procedures.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Actively participate in the month-end revenue close process, including scheduling and processing of revenue recognition programs, preparation and recording of journal entries, performance and analysis of SOX controls, and troubleshooting and resolution of discrepancies. Apply knowledge and understanding of the relationship between the timing of revenue recognition and cost of sales, work in process inventory, deferred revenue, and unbilled receivables.
Ensure compliance with internal controls. Prepare and maintain SOX controls documentation.
Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including research and resolution of discrepancies.
Assist with review of newly executed global contracts to assess contract terms for point-in-time or over time revenue recognition, subject to manager review. Document conclusion within Salesforce.
Active contributor to month end close process and revenue process improvement projects. Participate in team and cross-functional projects.
Provide quality service to internal clients, including project engineering team and service team, related to assigned job responsibilities and projects. Serve as a resource for revenue accounting questions and issues.
Interact and collaborate cross-functionally with domestic and international accounting, order administration, financial planning and analysis, IT, and corporate financial reporting on a regular basis as needed for assigned job responsibilities and projects.

Summary: Ensure efficient machine operation to produce quality product while working safely and meeting delivery expectations to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly/or molding machine and auxiliary equipment.
- Inspect assembled or molded parts/assemblies as processed per work instructions
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Trouble-shoot and repair minor machine problems
- Restart machine after repair or notify Automation Technician if repair is unsuccessful
- Package parts per work instructions
- Responsible for notifying Line Leads, Quality Inspector, Automation Technician and/or Supervisor of any and all defects detected
- Responsible to maintain assigned workstation in an organized and clean manner
- Must remain at workstation unless on break/lunch or authorized by the correct chain of command
- Must complete daily an accurate production report recording scrap and produced parts
- Remove any old labels from gaylords, boxes, and labels
- Other duties may be assigned.
Material Tools: hand tools: trim knives, plastic cutters, steel wool, soft or mesh gloves
Assembly and accessory equipment attached to the performance of a specific part such as cooling fixture, heat gun, and grinders
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 1year previous work experience preferred
- Operator in Manufacturing environment experience preferred
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform duties independently or in a team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including shift, overtime and weekends

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager at the Washington, NC site and is responsible for the management, implementation, and troubleshooting of projects and equipment associated with the automation of manufacturing processes. This individual will champion the use of the ITW Toolbox in implementation of these projects and ensure compliance with Quality System standards. In addition, this position will support the on-going operations of existing equipment utilizing strong troubleshooting skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBIITIES:
Understand & maintain Machine Network Layouts and Designs, specifically Ethernet.
Program and debug PLC, HMI and robot software.
Must have solid software and hardware troubleshooting skills
Setup automation for presses or assembly machines, wiring and interfacing.
Setup and debug new automation as needed. Make samples for new items/customers.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair various assembly, automation and mold equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance tasks and fill out relevant paperwork. Cross train with molding technicians for mold machine maintenance.
Check and adjust parameters during changeovers and note changes for update.
Clean automation equipment and areas.
Replace worn equipment. Design and fabricate small fixtures for equipment.
Look for methods of improving efficiency and ensure quality standards, as an individual and part of a team.
Assist QA with finding and implementing corrective actions from customer rejections.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and write order requests for replenishment.
Communicate with other shifts, operators, and technicians to give and receive updates on equipment status.
Support production with an on call status, authorized for a rotating scheduled overtime on weekends.
Maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and Safety Policies/Standards.
Technical school degree with 5+ years of related controls & automation experience.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to drive needed change.
Must possess comprehension and reasoning skills used to understand and collect data, interpret technical instructions, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to travel occasionally to other ITW locations and for vendor visits as required.
Work exp. with design vendors, holding them to specs and project requirements
Independently tests, analyzes and solves technical problems
Experience in Injection Molding, Automation and high-volume manufacturing preferred

Performs setup and operates a variety of in-lined equipment to cold head, point and thread-roll fasteners for commercial construction applications.
Maintains machinery through preventive maintenance
Performs quality checks in adherence to specifications sheets; will also be responsible for documentation.
Drives safety practices and procedures including identifying safety hazards.
Ensures all housekeeping practices and procedures are met
Performs 5-S activities and improvements as required
Works with other team members and participates in team events and meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred but not required.
At least one year of experience in high-volume manufacturing highly preferred (e.g. equipment setup/operation/changeover, use of measurement tools and knowledge of preventive maintenance)
Willing to work assigned shift with some mandatory overtime including weekends
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Ability to understand basic machinery
Prior experience with hand tools (e.g. wrenches)
Ability to recognize and identify parts, problems, and offer resolution
Ability to read blueprints / specification sheets and follow instructions
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation as this job will require travel between Roselle and Itasca
Successfully complete on-the-job training (blueprint reading and measurement tools)
General housekeeping duties
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
