Job Title: HR Compliance Specialist
Job Description
The Compliance/Quality Assurance Department is seeking a Compliance / HR Specialist to audit employee files to ensure proper state and federal compliance requirements are met for every employee entering the organization. The role involves working with internal departments to gather necessary files for auditing employee records.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up with program staff on incidents.
Monitor and review Incident Management Mailbox and Tracker.
Track and follow-up with programs regarding timely Corrective Action submissions.
Verify Corrective Actions and review implementation documentation.
Coordinate paperwork for investigations.

This is a fully on-site position in Blauvelt, New York.
Work Environment
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch. All employees work a 35-hour week. The dress code is business professional.
