The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the talent acquisition strategy and initiatives to support the growth of the company. Position will drive the staffing activity of the company, including internal, external and college recruiting and lead the talent acquisition team. Create value by anticipating and responding to market trends and opportunities. Translates goals and objectives into action plans and results.
Develop local recruitment and placement policies and procedures including strategies and selection techniques to identify, attract, and hire exceptional employees.
Manage and maintain annual talent acquisition budget.
Provides leadership to talent acquisition specialists. Collaborates across all HR functions to provide talent and establish and refine processes.
Select, appoint, and manage compliance programs and third-party vendors. Manage supplier relationships and ensure vendor performance metrics are appropriate.
Establish processes to identify current and future workforce and talent needs aligned to strategy.
Lead external branding efforts to position MTS as a premier employer for exceptional talent.
Manage special projects in Talent Acquisition, locally and globally. Maintain talent acquisition metrics, delivering information to leadership.
Ensure compliance with all local government laws and regulations.
Responsible for the on-going management and development of assigned employees. Determines staffing and skill requirements to meet departmental needs and implements plans to satisfy those requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
7 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of managing third-party vendors
3 years of management experience
3 years working in a global environment
3 years of experience in the design and implementation of recruiting metrics; dashboard, scorecard, and/or other recruiting performance measurement tools
PHR or SPHR
Thorough understanding of traditional and cutting-edge sourcing strategies and methodologies including utilization of social media to recruit and expand employment brand
Proven advance knowledge and application of HR practices, principles, applicable laws, and regulations.
