We are seeking a senior financial analyst to join our FP&A team. This role reports to the Director of FP&A and is responsible for performing financial modeling, performance and variance analysis, budget and forecast preparation and review, and presenting timely and accurate information and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models for capital allocation, investment return analysis, and budget/variance analysis

  • Create performance reports, including business insights, ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to executive management

  • Provide KPI reporting for management and senior management

  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for monthly, quarterly and annual reviews

  • Proactively identify possible scenarios, risks and opportunities around business performance

  • Implement best practices and process improvements

  • Translate business strategies, initiatives and projects effectively into financial modeling

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Similar, required

  • 3+ years' experience with full-cycle FP&A function

  • Financial modeling experience required

  • Ability to perform scenario analysis, and present resulting recommendations to senior management

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to those outside of Finance & Accounting

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite

  • Ability to operate independently and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Industry experience in multi-family real estate or asset management is a plus
