ENGAGEMENT TEAM SUPERVISOR - Come join our team! Full time with benefits. Requires a Masters degree in social work, psychology or mental health professional licensed in the State of Missouri who has at least one year fulltime equivalent experience in the supervision of employees. Applicant should have experience in clinical treatment, including diagnosis and evaluations. Must be able to effectively manage group of clinical staff to provide community outreach, referrals, assessment and engagement services for adults with mental health disorders. Successful applicant will be responsible for supervision of assessment team members and assist in assessments and will develop effective engagement services to triage and coordinate effective care and treatment for individuals with mental health needs.
