We have an immediate position available for a Landfill Laborer with Winnebago Landfill in Rockford, IL.
In this position you will have labor and cleaning duties -
Assist in cleaning and pressure washing as needed.
Gathering litter, shoveling.
Running a weed eater in the spring/summer months.
Assist customers by responding to inquiries.
Must have the ability to work outside throughout an 8+ hour shift. Schedule is 7 am to 3 pm Monday-Friday. Possible 5-10 hours of weekly overtime . Potentially some Saturdays.
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Customer service skills.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
