Job Description

The International Operations Support and Training Manager is responsible for executing the operations & learning strategy and standards for Inspire International. Based on regional and global needs, this position develops and provides supporting tools, resources and programs that drive operational execution for Inspire International brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides and manages brand standards and operational execution by brand and country, including but not limited to Manager training Programs, Team Member Training Programs, Recipe Specifications and Standards, Certification Programs

  • Manages the operational and training material development for new market launch by brand, including menu development support

  • Manages the operational innovation to market process including project management and working as part of a cross functional team

  • Manages the development and documentation of operating systems for new products, processes, and equipment

  • Ensure proper hand-off and/or implementation of tools, standards, resources, and programs are executed to appropriate Inspire teams and/or licensee groups

  • Serves as an operation expert that maintains an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of operations and assisting and supporting Field teams as needed

  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description

  • Support a culture of high performance and accountability which embodies the BWW values and delivers on the brand promise

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-Year degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience in Learning & Development, Training, Business Development, or related field

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Has a positive attitude, is a customer service and brand advocate. Motivates and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation with and among trainees and team members

  • Strong drive for results, attention to quality and details, analytical problem-solving skills

  • 7-10 years of operations, learning/training

  • Knowledge to perform tasks in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, Excel Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge to perform tasks in Adobe Creative Suite of Products including Illustratorand InDesign

  • Experience creating content for a learning management system (LMS)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and leadership

  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively

  • Financial acumen/proven ability to create/manage a budget

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Self-starter and able to work independently

  • Learning Design and training content creation

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to influence and persuade

  • Project management, Innovation, and creativity

  • International business experience preferred

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 20%
