The Senior Analyst, Demand Generation Analytics is responsible for measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of Local and National paid media initiatives for the Inspire Brands portfolio. This role will also measure impact of media on brand KPIs and establish links to business outcomes. This person will track competitive media activity to identify new trends, opportunities, and threats. We're seeking highly engaged media analytics professional with a proven track record of developing creative measurement approaches to drive media optimization. The successful candidate is passionate about understanding consumer perception and ensuring we have the right tools in place to capture it. They can deploy creative analytic approaches to link changes in consumer perception to business metrics.
This position sits in our Atlanta Support Center, with the expectation to be onsite 80% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead media measurement and optimization for one or more brands within the Inspire Brands portfolio.
Implement and maintain measurement approaches for all media channels including TV, OLV, OOH, Display, Social, Radio, Search and Partnerships
Work closely with Consumer Insights, Customer Analytics, Data Science, Marketing and Media teams to develop learning agendas, media strategy, and measurement approaches
Synthesize brand tracking, creative evaluation, ad awareness studies, media mix modeling, campaign analyses and other media KPIs to measure media impact
Perform analysis to establish links between marketing KPIs and business outcomes
Build dashboards to communicate and analyze trends consumer sentiment, marketing KPIs, competitive marketing initiatives, competitive spend, and show how all link to business outcomes
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: 4y Degree required
3-5 years of experience with various media measurement tools including media mix modeling, brand lift studies, digital attribution, and foot traffic measurement.
1-2 years of experience with ETL tools to create automated processes to aggregate media spend and impression data from media partners.
2-5 years of experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or Google Data Studio to automate reporting processes.
1+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Familiarity of various media measurement solutions and vendors spanning TV, CTV, Video, Social, Display and OOH to optimize across media partners, creative and targeting.
Strong analytical skills to establish links between marketing KPIs and business outcomes
Strong storytelling skills, ability to synthesize results and capture insights to make recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams
Interest in traditional and social media and its inner workings
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in whenever needed
Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies is required

This role is the primary point of contact with Arby's agency of record and partners with the demand generation team develop the annual and campaign media plans. As well as collaborate with the analytics team to measure creative effectiveness and develop creative best practices. The Director, Advertising sits on the Arby's Integrated Marketing team and reports to the VP, Integrated Marketing Communications. This role manages three direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead large- and small-scale productions to develop advertising assets across channels (including TV, OLV, paid digital/social).
Ensure appropriate input into integrated agency team brief from partnering marketing and shared service functions (Category Management, Brand Experience, Demand Generation, Insights & Analytics); Lead delivery of annual and campaign briefs to agency and cross functional teams.
Ensure creative is on strategy and on brief, with all deliverables received in the desired timeframe.
Translate product objectives, positioning, and calendar into communications and campaign strategy as part of the annual and window planning process.
Manage and develop 3 direct reports.
Partner with Analytics group to conduct Creative testing and develop creative best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree in marketing or business related program
10+ years of creative/brand experience in a creative leadership role, managing people and processes
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Critical eye for world class creative strategy and campaign development
Foundation in integrated marketing and multi-media channel marketing
Entrepreneurial leader with a wealth of advertising production experience
Ability to collaborate with agencies to develop and communicate messages that leverage the brand's voice to engage consumers and drive desired actions
Ability to manage campaigns from concept to completion including briefing and execution in collaborate with agencies

We are seeking a hands-on Sr Manager of Business Intelligence to help execute on this transformation and drive our BI strategy forward. This role reports to Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and resides within the enterprise-wide D&A org.
The Sr Manager of Business Intelligence will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of comprehensive Power BI solutions end-to-end. This role requires a deep understanding of Power BI's capabilities and a passion for solving complex business problems through the lens of data. You will need expertise in the full BI lifecycle: requirements gathering, data modeling, reporting, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have experience in transitioning from various BI tools to Power BI and will play a critical role in driving user adoption and ensuring data-driven decision-making. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to manage a small team in the foreseeable future.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support and execution of the Power BI transformation road map
Support the transition from multiple reporting tools (Oracle OAC, Tableau, Cognos) to a centralized Power BI platform, ensuring seamless migration and integration of analytical and reporting core set solutions
Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI solutions that meet and exceed the needs of various business stakeholders. Note, this is a hands-on player/coach type of a role, hence involvement in designing and building complex BI solutions will be required.
Manage the work intake and prioritization across the team.
Help design process and structure utilizing agile best practices around management of the team operations
Mentor and coach junior BI analysts, developers, and data viz experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs, translating them into effective Power BI solutions.
Advocate for the adoption of Power BI and promote a data-driven culture. Support and host training programs, coaching, lunch-and-learns for end-users to maximize the use of Power BI and self-service analytics capabilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data warehousing with at least 2 years of experience leading teams and/or projects.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including report and dashboard development, data modeling, and scripting.
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, Looker).
Proven track-record in leading BI projects and tool implementations.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior associates
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Expert in Power BI.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Advanced SQL skills
Experience working in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams.

The Associate Manager will play a critical role in executing local marketing strategies to drive annual sales goals. This position requires a blend of cross-functional collaboration and hands-on execution. Responsible for implementing the marketing initiatives for restaurant remodels and grand openings and provide support services to the Company Restaurant Marketing team and Field Operations partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Remodel and Grand Opening Support:
Attend weekly or bi-weekly Development calls
Update remodel and grand opening tracker based on weekly SIP/RIP reports
Host pre-construction Marketing plan call with DM & RVP for each location
Order all Marketing materials pre, during and re-opening
Schedule post opening social media, postcard and B2B efforts according to revitalization playbook
Track analytics on post opening efforts
Collaborate with brand Field Marketing Managers and other ICR Marketing Managers on revitalization best practices and update playbook accordingly
Communication:
Draft clear, concise store level marketing communications restaurants based on direction provided by the team.
Respond to field operations and solicitation phone calls and emails.

Ensure local and national programs are supported and executed through on time and accurate communication.
Program Execution:
Ensure restaurants receive promotional support to align with local marketing plans.
Submit register programming requests within required time and facilitate periodic register key clean-up.
Assist with schematic development for each window with merchandise & Marketing ensuring all program and merchandising details are accurate.
Track window deliverables ensuring on-time delivery, keeping key stakeholders aware of status/opportunities/roadblocks.
Maintain accurate restaurant profiles in portal for accurate POP ordering.
Provide real time local market intelligence and system feedback associated with all market activity, e.g. promotions, tests, sales, menu, pricing, results, etc.
Coordinate and communicate in-market product and promotion tests.
Budget Tracking:
Process and keep track of marketing expenditures and invoices.
Coordinate and manage Outdoor contracts and invoicing.
Training and Support:
Provide marketing support and training to field operators leaders that are new in position.
Conduct marketing training classes as needed.
Participate in Operations meeting/activity to educate, inform and build relationships.

The Senior Accountant - Inspire Company Restaurants (ICR) Revenue Accounting will assist in performing the revenue accounting function for corporate-owned stores in accordance with GAAP. This position will lead a team of staff/lead accountants in their business processes related to sales audit and cash settlements, as well as certain reporting and analysis activities. This position will coach and develop these accountants, while also serving as a key liaison between the ICR Revenue Accounting team and other Inspire business partners (e.g., Restaurant Accounting. Operations, FP&A, etc.). Further, this role will contribute to the achievement of the Company's timely and accurate reporting by assisting with OneInspire Finance process improvement initiatives and department goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the go-to for onboarding new accountants to the team. Assist in training accountants on accounting policies and reviewing their work each period to ensure they are in compliance. Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in sales audit and cash settlement domains, including leading practices across technology applications and key business processes.
Supervise accountants to ensure all sales and cash reconciliations deadlines are met and all reconciling issues are followed up on with Operations, IT, Financial Systems, and the banks in a timely manner. Review staff comments on all closing schedules, operations reporting, sales audit and cash settlement activities to verify appropriateness of accounting treatment. Ensure accurate and timely communication from the accountants to other departments, such as Operations, Treasury, Financial Systems, and Loss Prevention.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of the monthly and quarterly close process while maintaining strong internal controls.

Accounts Payable Coordinator
Facilitate the workflow process within Accounts Payable and between internal and external customers. Support the daily activities of the Accounts Payable Department.

Responsible for daily processing of PO and Non-PO invoices in a multi-brand, multi-system, high volume environment while adhering to all company financial controls and policies to ensure the company is paying for goods and services at the right price and on time. The AP Coordinator must exercise discretion and sound judgement while executing essential functions and be able to execute assignments with minimal direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes and processes PO and Non-PO invoices, payment request forms and credit memos in a timely manner using a variety of entry methods including data-entry, uploads and paperless workflow. Codes invoices, verifies invoice approval, reviews systematic data capture and processes invoices in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure accurate entry into the financial systems. Identifies, investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices, applying AP knowledge and best practice, critical thinking and sound judgement. Receives, researches and resolves a variety of internal and external inquiries concerning past due invoices, requests for 'how to' help, process clarification, etc. in an accurate, clear and complete manner. Reconciles vendor statements. Assists in compiling information and preparing reports. Prepares month-end accruals to ensure proper accounting. Participates in process and system UAT. Documents processes and procedures. Works independently and as part of a team. Performs other duties as required to support the Accounts Payable Department.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
3 years of experience in a high volume, paperless Accounts Payable invoice processing role (PO and Non-PO invoices).
Working knowledge of full-cycle end-to-end AP operations from vendor setup through invoice processing and payment process.
Strong experience processing invoices in a large ERP platform; Oracle Cloud (preferred), SAP, JD Edwards or similar
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:
Fully proficient in MS Outlook and Teams.
Excel skills at an intermediate level or higher. Pivot tables, V-lookups, and the ability to manipulate data quickly and accurately.
High attention to detail and performance accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with a high level of multi-tasking required.
Fully proficient written and verbal communication skills including effective interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Ability to interpret and analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.
Plans and completes work effectively and efficiently, meets assigned deadlines, and makes sound decisions.
Ability to shift priorities quickly when needed.
