Our Area Supervisor is a critical role - in charge of overseeing our management staff and developing top talent within our restaurants. You will serve as the liaison between your team and the support center ensuring strong communication. As an Area Supervisor, you will focus on daily sales, marketing plans and restaurant operations including cost of goods sold, labor and guest relations. Work in conjunction with Talent Experienceto create10-week Intern Communications Campaign as Internship Program Communications SME, including intern newsletter(s), social media content, newsroom stories, and intern-related standalone communications
Support internal newsletters and other digital communications, including curating content, building within employee email platform, and supporting review/approval process
Contribute to overall social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn) including pitching new ideas and gathering, editing, and publishing content

Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience
Develop plan to coach Franchisee, through regular check-ins, to follow-through on commitments
Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address. Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress
Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. Align with the construction team and the Franchisee, monitor the milestones, and hold the Franchisee accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet required operational specifications. Provide support during all remodel and new store openings
Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee's individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growth.
Participate and work -as-needed- with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts.
Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans
Perform evaluations on restaurants as needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators
Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee
Ensure the effective use of G&A expenses within parameters set by regional leads
Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 21 years of age required
High school diploma or equivalent, 4-year degree preferred
10+ years' experience with any combination of restaurant operations experience and education
Must be willing to travel to consult with portfolio of franchisees, based upon the needs of the portfolio
Certified in any state, county or local food handling requirements
Restaurant or retail management experience with franchise consultant experience
Leadership experience within a corporate structure
Experience in multi-unit QSR or fast casual restaurant concept
Experience working in a growth organization

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position._ _Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
The IT Vendor Management and Procurement Manager will manage Inspire Brands' technology procurement and strategic sourcing contract lifecycle and vendor management, including contract management, supplier relationship management, vendor qualification, and tactical buying for all Technology related hardware and telecommunications required for Inspire and each respective Brand and for Software/SaaS as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage IT Contract Lifecycle for all Hardware and Telecommunications agreements including the development and administration of the Contract Management System for this category.
Manage negotiation of all agreements for IT hardware and Telecommunications, and for Software/SaaS as needed including amendments and revisions. Negotiate and manage short and long-term IT contracts to ensure optimum cost and service.
Develop and manage IT Hardware end-of-life roadmap and agreement renewal pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with Inspire's strategic suppliers and manage relationships with Inspire's IT stakeholders. This includes orchestrating interactions between suppliers and procurement, management of contract negotiations, overseeing supplier execution and performance, supporting the resolution of any supply or supplier-related issues, and regular monitoring and KPI tracking.
Enforce Technology sourcing policies and procedures that ensure the economic benefit of products and services purchased.
Act as Liaison with Legal Operations Management for hardware/telecom agreements.
Support Preparation of strategy & sourcing presentations to IT management for key procurements.
Support validation accuracy of IT hardware asset inventories and contractual milestones.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in Computer Science or related field, or requisite experience required
5+ years of subject matter expertise in Technology Hardware, Telecom, and Software/SaaS Procurement.
Experience evaluating RFI/RFP/RFQ, determining decision criteria, scoring vendor responses, and recommending vendor selection.
Experience with support applications like Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Spend Analytics and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P).
Proven track record of cost/asset tracking, and productivity improvements.
Experienced in influencing and driving change while building solid relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
Proven expertise in negotiation and supplier management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Excellent planning, organization, and follow-through skills.

Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees for Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) GO. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve-or-exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in the areas of sales, profits, and network growth. RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve the operations and business performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees, as set by Vice President of Operations

The Director of Federal Government Affairs will lead external engagement with the federal government community in Washington, D.C., including elected officials, Administration officials, regulatory agencies and other organizations seeking to impact public policy development at the federal level. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of complex Payroll issues impacting Restaurant team members. The position is responsible for creating system generated reports for payroll team audits, gathering, and preparing incoming pay data from multiple time-keeping systems, and importing various time files. This role will also coordinate team training and provide support to Sr. Payroll Analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, process, and generate Restaurant payroll via Workday
Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant payrolls on a weekly basis
Create, run, and distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Coordinators
This role will also coordinate team training and provide support to payroll leadership.
Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails, telephone calls, and SNOW tickets
Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Profile Merges, Final Pays including PTO calculation)
Import Various Time and Bonus files
Balance Wisely Pay Cards, Instant Funds, and load Direct Deposit Returns
Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related matters
Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items
Various projects and other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required
Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
3 - 5 years of payroll processing experience required
Experience with Workday or comparable software preferred
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
Strong computer skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to work in a highly structured team environment
Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures
Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations

Brand Experience teams at Inspire Brands work cross-functionally to maximize brand performance. Individuals on the Brand Experience team will gain exposure working with Brand Marketing and Commercial Group leaders, across Digital Retail, Customer Marketing, and Consumer Insights. This role will support the development of data-driven marketing strategies that support Go-To-Market plans for the national calendar with responsibilities ranging from project management, briefing, and reporting. This role will support the Arby's Brand Team in the development of Brand Experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Strategy Lead and National Calendar team in developing annual and quarterly brand briefs
Build and maintain a monthly brand highlights report leveraging data and insights from variety of data resources and tools from the Commercial Group. This includes, but is not limited to:
Brand analytics reporting
Competitive intelligence
Consumer insights data
Customer feedback and sentiment
Brand health tracker
Help manage the brand stage gate process by working with cross-functional partners to build weekly agendas, collect and share meeting notes, and maintain project documentation and testing calendar
Help build strategy decks and sell decks for quarterly franchise board meetings
Act as an OKR (Objectives and Key Results) steward and help the Brand Experience team track progress against the team's dedicated Key Results
Support in go-to-market testing and execution of value strategy work as well other non-product initiatives
Assist in the review and management of all Arby's CPG business approval needs
Work cross-functionally to build and maintain yearly learning agenda across all parts of the business
Work with e-commerce teams to develop robust marketing plans across owned channels, loyalty program, and 3rd party delivery
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred: 4 Year degree
Preferred bachelor's degree in business/Marketing/Communications
Marketing or Communications internship, 1+ year of project management/marketing/advertising agency experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Strong interest in learning, and the ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Strategically minded individual with strong communications skills with a range of audiences
Demonstrated project planning, organizational and prioritization skills
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to meet changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
Ability to connect various cross functional data sets and identify inconsistencies and risks
Experience with applications like Excel and Tableau desired
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook applications (PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive)
