Job Description:
Sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.
Review Sourcing and Acquisition documentation files to ensure consistency and compliance with FAR and L3Harris policies and procedures.
Participates with Sourcing and Acquisition management to develop and implement initiatives as well as track/report progress to improve Supply Chain efficiency and provide savings to Customer and operating income to the corporation.
Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types.
Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes, and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects, or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.
Communicated with contacts inside and outside the team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.

Works on assignments requiring judgment and initiative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimu of 6 years of prior Subcontracts experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience with Government Programs is highly desirable.
Previous experience with Excel; Control, People Soft and Accounts Payable is highly desirable.
Proficient understanding and utilization of MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Learns new software applications and processes.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $68,500 - $91,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
