Summary of Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as our Training and Process Associate for a rapidly growing and dynamic real estate investment firm. This position will be responsible for overseeing the creation and strategy of our training and development opportunities to assist in cultivating our next group of leaders. What You'll Do:
Design and build the structure and strategy for the Development Analyst rotational training program .
Prepare and oversee Development team onboarding, including program maintenance and updates.
Create, standardize and coordinate Development professional development learning and content creation.
Maintain and update Development team's -long-term memory- systems.
Collaborate with Human Resources and business unit leaders to identify and implement organizational learning and development programs.
Create and conduct training on team and company systems and processes.
Oversee Development team quality assurance through process creation, training and implementation monitoring.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of professional experience (preferred) involving the implementation of learning strategies, programs, and processes with a proven track record of success
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible to shifting priorities
Superb communication skills (oral and written)
