Position Description

Serco-NA is seeking an Equipment Instructor who provides instruction, maintenance, and creation of training lanes for PMCCS equipment. This Equipment Instructor will join a six (6) person team dedicated to delivering excellent instruction and solving problems for our customers.
In this role, you will:
Perform maintenance and training activities under the program contract
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on PM CCS systems
Travel to authorized locations to respond to calls for corrective maintenance
Perform scheduled maintenance and upkeep of systems
Attend informational meetings that support improvements to equipment maintenance and training support
Provide information and other experience acquired during support to PM CCS concerning the actions performed during the conduct of training and maintenance
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
ACTIVE DoD Secret clearance
Two (2) years serving as a certified military equipment instructor; instructors must have attended an approved instructor training course such as Foundation Instructor Facilitator Course (FIFC), Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), or Instructor Trainer Course (ITC)
Six (6)years experiencesince 2000 in maintenance and training of fielded military equipment
Valid US passport within 30 days of hire with ability to travel up to 50%
Ability to work independently
Knowledge and proficiency of selected computer applications (ex. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Decision making skills with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
