Description
The Administrative Assistant position provides support to the Generation Technology Solutions organization that supports the Commercial Operations, Technical and Project Solutions, and Generation organizations. The Administrative Assistant position will report to the Director of Generation Technology Solutions and supports the Generation Technology Solutions leadership team. This position will serve as a member of the Electric Technology Solutions Admin team to provide consistency and coverage for Electric Technology Solutions leadership support.
Job Responsibilities
Key expectations of this Administrative Assistant position include:
Support Director of Generation Technology Solutions by calendar management, time entry, expense reporting, business partner meeting coordination
Support four Generation Technology Solutions managers expense reporting as needed
Oversight of Generation Technology Solutions leadership collaboration sites including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Foster and encourage a diverse and inclusive environment promoting positivity and collaboration throughout the department and with our partners
Prioritize appropriately to ensure that the needs of the organization are met
Coordinate facilities and supplies for department and staff meetings
Coordinate billing, supplies, and maintenance issues for floor printers
Coordinate building services issues for 8S East and 4S West Wings
Manage the purchase of office supplies and break room supplies to ensure availability
Oversight of conference rooms and conference room scheduling. Anticipate and resolve schedule and meeting room conflicts
Establish and build strong relationships with other administrative team members
Backup other Electric Technology Solutions Admin team members as necessary
Deliver mail for the floor.

Experience with business expense processing, timekeeping, and travel arrangements required
Experience with Microsoft Suite required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
