The award-winning WBEN.com Newsroom is seeking the next news star who thrives in seeking out stories on the street
and delivering news on-air in a dynamic way. This full-time opportunity requires an engaging on-air presence, audio editing
abilitites, strong digital publishing skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Management track possible
for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Cover news events on a daily basis, prepare reports for air, publish digital content, contribute to story
generation, feed social media channels
Qualifications
Competence in: Digital audio Editing, Content Management, On-Air delivery, Ability to work a mainly weekday schedule
with some weekend/evenings based on breaking news events
